Probably it's 24/7 for normal users too, there is no way they can answer all the tickets if it's not? I did some digging and found that if you are (VIP)your support tickets are being sent to [email protected] which means you will not have to wait days for an answer.

And the minimal fee for bronze status is 0.50$, normally it's 1.50/1.60$ so a lot of money can be saved, I wish I can get it.

Thanks for the extra info! I know it is a shame that it is for new registrations only. Let's hope in the future there will be something for existing members too.

Yeah I wish I could get these benefits for Skrill. I really think if both neteller and skrill have live chat for everyone, they would have so much more customers and build much more support reputation.

Same thing with AG coin - Only new registrants - Off topic @cocopop3011 - AG coin has been quiet, no newly added casinos? Sorry for high jacking the topic tho.

Well, hope you realize offering the exclusive AG Coin deal not just for a couple of casinos, but for 15 different operators required an amount of time, efforts and of negotiation skills far beyond any of the other exclusive deal you are used to get from other websites so far.  😛

Would have been nice if Existing account holders could claim these AG coins and not new registrants only...

Definitely agree that they both need to invest some of profits into live chat and improving their customer service. I still can't understand how a company as big as those have not realised where they are seriously lacking! Good customer support is key to any business I guess they're just not willing to follow protocol yet. 

In regards to AG Coin, I'm sure they'll have something in the pipelines soon.
