here is a new horror story about Euromoon aka Tech Group .. avoid playing there at all costs

started with old account €0

got mail €100 bonus on next deposit with code "100extra"

deposited €20 with bonuscode "100extra" and ended with €123 bonusmoney to play with

now the new scam is they give you €100 and hidden €3 without explanaition or info on screen or t&c
now they see your account as €3 bonus and maxbet €0,60 even you have €123 bonus money and wager of €4800 or something

now I did €1 spins and got all winnings voides as I did too high bets for my "€3 bonus"
this evil system can void 99% of all payouts when playing with bonus on Euromoon and Tech Group

Hang on ... I'm assumimg it does say in their terms what the max bet is so, providing it does then it isn't a scam.

 

But let's go back a step - their maximum bet is 60p a spin?

Irrespective of the bonus situation above Gametech should be avoided full stop. 

 

Don't know how well documented it is in their terms (for what they're worth) but if max bet is breached it's breached. Some casinos (Trada) will offer you a second chance if you contact them as soon as you know it's been broken but given you played it, then not so likely.

 

Evil? Not really. 

 

You should see Redbet's - theirs is max bet 2 quid, no matter how much the bonus is. But still one of my favourites.

This €3 special bonus they give extra to hidden drop ur maxbet to insane low levels 

 

 

normal maxbet for my €100 bonus was €20 but they give me €100 + €3 = €103 so maxbet is €0,60

 

to make it more clear I deposited €20 and next second I has €123 bonus money to play with

 

in T&C or bonus T&C there is nothing about this €3 its retarded extra scam out of the blue

Basic system is like that . You get e.g. a 200% Bonus offer and deposit €50 so you expect €150 Bonusmoney to play with but instead they credit you €153 Bonusmoney 

 

for maxbet they use only the 3 Bonusmoney so its €0,60

Looks to me like that 3 EUR bonus was given for your deposit using certain e-wallets, which some casinos do offer, and it's usually 15% of the deposit amount, so that makes for that 3 EUR bonus.

 

The trap here is obviously the max bet rule being applied on the smaller bonus amount! Am I correct?

What’s amusing in a way is that this group of casinos are applying a breach of terms in their eyes, despite the fact that they’ve a history of their own of copyright infringements. How ironic.

 

Wonser if it’s similar to this - I remember years ago playing with cash and a Nektan decided to drop a ten quid bonus into my account. Back then both cash and bonus were stuck so when I went to withdraw they said I’d still to wager 1500.

Yep! And I have done that many times before...those 15% Neteller deposit bonuses...I have either declined or cancelled them myself, or get Support to remove them first before playing. I never play with whatever bonus I don't want, hehehe.

Some casinos nowadays are tricky and they always find a way to lure you into their traps. You should indeed asked them about the extra 3 quid but I understand why you didn't.

Would you believe me if I say that 60 cent is not the lowest max bet there is? 50 cents is the lowest so far, this only applies when a deposit bonus is claimed via ewallet. Nevertheless this is bummer and it was probably a 15% deposit bonus using Skrill or Neteller, no code required for this bonus.

I can assure you that we heard you even the first time and there is really no need posting same ''scam' alerts over and over again.

 

Instead, strongly encourage you:

 

1) to do some due diligence prior joining and depositing in any online casino (doing so should save you from a lot of similar troubles)

 

2) learn to read the rules very carefully prior accepting and playing with any casino bonus (if you have done that you would most probably have noticed that the payment percentage bonus is in fact duly stated within the casino bonus terms, check here and here). 

 

Take all this as a lesson learned, accept it and move on without making same mistakes.

You've already been given advice from our admin, clearly didn't listen to it and I think even our members are getting bored now so the topic is getting locked. Can't really see that there's anything else left to say in this situation.

I started with €20 cash deposit (no bonus) and  playing some €1 spins I ended with €99 which I cant cashout because €100 is min

 

 

just by fun I checked with live chat how high is my maxbet and they they startet to lies like *****

 

1) I can see it in my game history (whch i cant)

2) they cant tell me

3) when I withdraw they will check

4) max upto 30% of deposit (in my case its €6)

 

 

 

now i ask its its real €6 or maybe less like €5,99

now chat told me its €5,99

 

 

it took me like 20min of asking and insultig chat of lying until they told me the real maxbet
