Las Vegas USA (lasvegas.eu) doesn't pay out

It has now been since 3/22/18 that I submitted for withdrawal, and today's date is 4/10/18. I then provided the necessary security documents (CCA form, Copy of Drivers License, Copies of Credit Cards, Phone Bill) immediately on the same day.  I have contacted them several times via chat and also on email.  They don't tell me where I am in the process of being paid out, and it has been way more than the 12-15 business days that they claim below:

My casino is Las Vegas USA. My username is verfucker.  I just emailed all of my security documents to the security team.  Now I just need to know how long it will take to receive my payout via ACH.  Please advise as soon as possible.  I do not want to have to report this on Ask Gamblers.com

This is in brief, how the payouts processing works:

After you place your withdrawal request, we evaluate it within the next couple of days (for account verification, documentation on file, wagering requirements, etc).

Once your withdrawal has passed the evaluation/verification stage, it is sent to our payments provider to start with its processing.

The processing time frame for payouts is approximately of 12-15 business days, and this may vary depending on the amount of withdrawals in the processing queue (our provider processes the payments in a first-in first-out basis).

Finally, once the provider confirms that your payment has been sent out, we will notify you of so via e-mail.

I can see you have already tried submitting a complaint via AGCCS /AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service/, but it has been rejected due to lack of information. 

 

Feel free to submit a new one, but this time make sure to comply with the recommendations given by the AskGamblers Complaints Team within their rejection message.

Lasvegasusa does not payout. In past they said I was a vip and was getting funds within a week. This week they have completely ignored my withdrawal. They can’t tell me exactly when it will be approved and sent. Spoke to support, financial, vip and live chat with no results. They can’t tell me why I am being ignored. They are blaming it in New Years but that closed banks 1 Day.

 

$2000 is serious money.

 

I told them to close my account there and at sunpalace. They take my money in a moment but payout is like pulling teeth. DO NOT PLAY HERE

Now let's give the AskGamblers Complaints Team some time to review your case. just keep in mind it might get delayed a bit due to the Christmas season (Christmas in Serbia and a few other Christian countries comes on January 7th).
