Something wrong with MrGreen Live Chat?

I wondered if anybody knows if something is wrong with Mr green casino ?

Their live chat is offline for weeks now, you cannot reach them. I also read that calling them is also difficult.

 

I am worried because I had a big win, and normally they pay out at the moment. Now it says my withdrawal is pending and I actually need the money as when I won and made the withdrawal I bought something I wanted for a long time. They have always been extremely reliable but this time it is different and I am worried. It is not fun to win like this because in stead of happy I feel anxious.

 

I tried to contact them via email but so far no reply.

 

 

Anybody knows if something is wrong ?

Think it’s just Mr Greens dodgy live chat playing up. They can be slow in replying. But as long as you’ve not broke any ts and cs you’ll get paid. Probably reviewing it as it’s a bigger win.

 

Now that you mention it I don’t think they replied to my last message

 

But note of caution - in the future I wouldn’t be spending money that iv not received as you’re just one max bet away from confiscation of funds :-)

no max bet will be an issue as I didn't get a bonus. I never want bonuses and I actually won even without big bets. Max was 4 euro's per spin and that was only in one game. I was really lucky winning on several games, hitting bonus rounds that paid a lot.

It is just that they up to now always paid out teh same day, but you might be right as I never tried to withdraw an amount  this high.

And their live chat is not slow, it is not available for already 2 weeks !

Ofcourse i regret spending that money now but like I said, this is te first time it takes more than a day.....

They’re normally quick, super quick, so it must just be the additional checks that they (allegedly) need to perform.

 

Same for me when playing at panda-anything above 1k takes an extra few hours. How longs it been?

it has been a day. And live chat is indeed closed it seems. Very strange IMO for a top casino like this ?

Certainly lack of live chat, no notification of why withdrawal not processed isn't a great impression.

 

I used to play with them often and the only time i'd issues was once for verification. They dragged it out over 10 days which was just stupid. But since then, blue skies.

Amazing how someone can remind you of something a casino did not do or do right? Right?

 

I remember where there was a forum where a guy was complaining and getting impatient with some withdrawal, and then I also remember I am in the same boat with that casino and went back and fought for my money lol.

I remember as well - Slotsmillion re-verified me after I won over 1K and it took 3 days (re-verification 8 hours and withdrawal 2 days), normally it takes 3 hours in general on average. These days you do not know where you stand with casinos, its not the same, the only place where I still get the same treatment in terms of withdrawals are direx nv and videoslots. Always within 15 minutes.

I don’t understand why, when they’ve verified you initially and are comfortable that you are who you say you are, an additional verification etc kicks in if you win a large amount. Especially if you’ve been with them for a good bit. Maybe they’re trying to cover themselves, maybe they stall- who knows...My fav was one who asked me to re verify two weeks after the initial. Mental.

If you go into Chat ask them to reset your deposit settings and you’ll be able to withdraw to your last method. Had that issue - it was making me withdraw to Skrill as most deposits but I was now using a debit card. They reset it meaning that I could withdraw to debit card. Makes sense-way in which it works is set that you may not be withdrawing to the method you used to deposit.

Yeah I know you can do it, but I prefer Ecopayz - Just sometimes I would like to withdraw to neteller on the occasion but not willing to make it a permanent change.

Still no payout and no information. It concern s 6750 euro. I just do not understand these casino's. A little more empathy would be nice. I am sometimes wondering if I could open my own....anybody interested ?
