Warning: Ignition Casino - Can I write a review about it?

They'll certainly see it because as soon as they type in Ignition in the search box they'll see the forum thread. In fact I've just edited your tite slightly.

 

But if you type in "Ignition" into the search engine above now you'll see three different threads (none are good) so don't worry about people not being warned about this place.

Your Bovada Casino review is outdated, as they are not regulated by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and you have that they are under the subtitle “SECURITY AND FAIRNESS” in your review. At the top you stated license was terminated.....just thought you would want to know.

However, not sure what you're saying about the Bovada licence is correct. There is no sign from their name within the list of Kahnawake Gaming Commission licensed operators.  :unknw:

Genuine randomness should be something that all online casinos offer. Although Bovada Casino has apparently given sufficient proof to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, they do not currently have any third-party audit seals posted on their website. Nonetheless, these are the same games that have been verified at the Bodog website, and we have no doubt that they are fair.

Why would an online casino not display any audit third party seals if their games were certified for fairness? The point is to attract new players and not have transparency being questioned, so displaying the above would be an attraction and a reference point.

This is really juicy.

Ignition Casino is holding my money hostage because they refuse to communicate via email. They closed my account and demand to speak over the phone. I responded by saying that I'm happy to produce any/all verification (documents, photos, ect...) but I don't want to talk over the phone because I want a written record of all my exchanges with ignition. They claim the following: "there's limited information that we can provide over written correspondence." When I asked them what they meant by that (ie what type of information cannot be transmitted via email) THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER and just produced another automated email.  My account is locked!  This demand to speak over the phone is not anything I run into with any other company, including Bovada as I said in my email exchange (surely now I'll get a surprise by them as well). I cannot withdraw because any time I ask them to clarify what type of information they cannot provide via email, they reply with the same automated message with a phone number to call them.  I fully concede that a phone conversation would end this but locking my account for this and preventing me from withdrawing almost $2000 because I choose the method of correspondence is DISHONEST and ANTI-CUSTOMER!

What it sounds like is that think they can verify something on the phone that that can't so in written correspondence (which is nonsense by the way - how are they to know they are talking to Sally, Luke or Bob).

 

Obviously they may have their reasons but their replies are a bit ridiculous - come out and say what they want to ask, rather than be obtrusive.

 

Trying to think what they want to ask on a phone call that they can't via a legitimate communication medium - other than it being sensitive/not thinking the owner of the account is in control of the email addy, I can't really think - bit like debt collectors who used to say YOU MUST CONTACT US BY PHONE - again, nonsense. 

 

Even if they said 'hey we need to ask/communicate something sensitive and as emails aren't secure enough, we need to speak' it would at least be transparent.

 

I'm with you on this - i hate the phone and see no reason to speak to someone on it from a casino as they have invested time and money in developing better communication systems, so no. Last time i did was with Willian hill years ago over 100 quid not being credited. First guy said 'we can see x,y,x so it'll be sorted'. When it wasn't, i rang back, and the other person i got didn't have a clue. When i told the second guy he basically said 'my colleague wouldn't have said that' - yeah, WH's CS is amongst the worse. 

 

PS - unless you want your email to be spammed you may want to cover it up within the PDF :-)

 

Edit - there is one reason: they may have doubts about x or y and by providing those questions in an email it would allow you due time to consider a response etc - by phone, you wouldn't have time to think. So, in their mind, they think if they call you they will get an honest answer. That's probably closer to the reason.

since ignition took over the site, it has now become sketchy. when it was bodog and bovada they paid out upon request, in the beginning so did ignition, but lately it seems harder to withdraw. while they do have easy withdraw options, you are bound to come across an issue that will prevent you from withdrawing. this includes bitcoin. I would do a dry run withdrawl before investing a lot money just to make sure you are able to withdrawl.
