Wild Tornado Is Now Good To Go! ^_^

If you have read my review on Wild Tornado Casino, then you would know that I had a horrendous and torturous time playing at the casino! That was my first ever play there, and from what I went through, it was nothing less than a total disappointment for me. The platform used by Wild Tornado was apparently working well for European players, as I was told by the Casino Manager, but it certainly was working like a snail for players from my region - Asia. So my review was more of complaints after complaints! Hahaha.  :lol:

 

Then good ole Alex came along, messaged me that he will be looking into my complaints, get those snails out of the platform, and within a few days, everything would be a breeze from thereon. Well, thank you very much Alex, for being a super concerned casino rep! Most other casinos don't even bother to listen to my complaints, much less to do anything about them, but certainly not Wild Tornado! Hehehe. Now that is indeed an excellent customer service!  :good:

 

In good gesture, I told Alex "throw in some free spins and I'll try out the casino again". And guess what? Nope, Alex didn't give me a monkey face, or a duck face, or even a thick face. Instead, he threw in 100 free spins for me to try out the improved platform! Whoopie!!! Now that is one more superb customer service!  :D

 

Okaaay, so I got myself back into Wild Tornado, using my 3G connection, not wanting to waste time in waiting. The swirling loading indicator came on, and soon, the homepage was up and running, all done in under 1 minute. Yay! Then I went to their Live Chat, requested for my free spins, told him Alex gave them to me, and I got those 100 free spins on NetEnt's Wolf Cub game...no hesitations and no hassles from the live chat host at all! Excellent Live Chat service!  :good:

 

Next...comes the biggest test of them all...how the improved platformed would run, and how fast the games would load. So I clicked on Wolf Cub, and the game was ready for playing in about 2 minutes! Now that is indeed FAST! It took at least 30 minutes to load any NetEnt game before this, so the speed has indeed improved tremendously! I also tried loading up Finn And The Swirly Spin, but this game is known for its slower loading up time, but it was still ready for playing in about 5 minutes! Well done Alex! And well done to your tech guys too!  :good:

 

So, how was it on my 2G connection? I'm happy to say that I'm delighted with its performance now! Not as fast as at JoyCasino or at BetChain, but almost as good! From thereon, I was playing my games at Wild Tornado using my slower 2G all the way...without getting any irritations or disappointments, although a few 'connection lost' errors did occurred...but reloading the game took under 1 minute to come back on! Another excellent improvement at Wild Tornado!  :D

 

Okay, so I cannot change my bad 3-Stars rating for my review on Wild Tornado Casino, and that is exactly why I'm posting this up for readers to read and know. Askgamblers gave a superb rating for Wild Tornado, and now I know why! Yes, I would now rate this casino with 8-Stars, but only because I couldn't test their withdrawal processing timeframe and whatnots - I didn't win anything withdrawable from those 100 free spins...but I certainly had a great time playing them!

 

Conclusion: Wild Tornado Casino is now damn good to go! :good:

 

HOWEVER...hehehe...there is still that nag about no Microgaming and no Play'nGo games!  :D

No, that reply to my review was either by David, the casino manager, or by somebody else, but it certainly wasn't Alex.

 

Alex later PMed me saying that he has taken over Katrine about my complaints and that he would put the platform back to right. Well, he certainly has done that...the platform is now tremendously better than the last time I used it...and all completed in very quick time too! A really good job by Alex and his tech team!  ^_^

 

Alex PMed me again today, saying that they are installing a new server for my region, so that should improve the platform even more! They gave me another 50 free spins to try out...and indeed, the website came on within 10 seconds!!! Even that Finn game loaded and started up in quick time! I must say, the new platform is one of the best now, at par with JoyCasino and BetChain platforms!  :good:

Indeed due to legal restrictions of Curacao gambling license, we will not accept any UK players. We'll fix that also, but that would be another story and it should take more time ;)

So i been giving wild tornado a try and been playing there almost everyday for the past week. Suddenly I get this message while playing Moon Princess.

Hehe, yeah Moon Princess was a great game but it has taken about €900 off my wallet within a day! Say what! Nowadays when I see the game, I drop my pants, bend over, push my rear end on my monitor aaaand shake it a little. Moon Princess just go mooned by me!

Oh heck no, there's nothing with my rear, it is cleaned shaved and smooth like Dwayne Johnson's a.k.a The Rock bald head, every chair would feel honored being sit on by it, plus if Moon Princess want to see my 'sumtin' else? At least take me to dinner first.
