Okey i deposit 1000nok to this casino and got 2000nok to play with. Wagering was 35times. I played for like 3 hours and sudenly got logged out and my balance was 1000 real cash amount. I go in Chat and they tell me the bonus is like this if u finnish wagering you get ur deposit back becuse bonus was only numbers. Why should i deposit and choose bonus if i succed i get my deposit back. Wtf is this?

Yeah played alot of casinos but this one need to be top 1 stupiest bonus term i had. He tell me that the bonus give u a second chance to live.

Why anyone will risk theyr money to get back the money they deposit only.

 

So hope noone do the same mistake as me and play with theyr bonus term.

I'm positive this might be true. Ovo casino for example, I got 10 free spins and won €2,40 from it. I need to wager about 40 times bonus amount. First spin on Book of Ra 6 triggered free spins bonus and won over €70. Wagering the bonus should be easy and it was indeed. As soon as the bonus has been cleared, they convert my bonus balance into real cash balance and guess what? Bonus balance €120 and they converted it to €2,40 real cash balance. But I lost it all so I deciderat to make another deposit this time it was 300 SEK and I chosed without any bonus. Then I hit big and won over 12k SEK after a white when my saldo was about 10k SEK I get a message ”congratulations your bonus is now wagered” and my saldo droppes to 400 SEK. The last deposit was even without the bonus ... stat away from this scam casino

If you won it from a deposit only then I can't see how they can impose this stupid term unless you did have some wagering left from that inital bonus? Have you questioned the casino?

Yeah I did talk to the live chat and they Said that I still had to wager my first bonus. but I mean how stupid is that why even make an second bullet without bonus If its still connected to that first ***** bonus. So IF you ever take a bonus on this casino it doesnt matter IF you make Other deposits without bonus, they Will be counted as ”bonus money” until its wagered. Total bull *****

To be honest there are a lot of casinos that are like this - always make sure the wagering has either been automatically forfetied on your balance reaching zero and make sure support forfeit it for you before making another deposit.

 

I can only assume (without checking their terms) that they would have been willing to forfeit your inital bonus and this isn't just another stupid term they have in place?

I got caught out with this at butlers bingo. It’s easily done. I’d prefer to see the automatic cancelling of a bonus at a certain amount or when a new deposit is made etc.

Yep...I got caught out at Champagne Spins Casino some days ago!

So I pop the 20 quid on to see a lovely balance of £170 knowing it was restricted to various games 4 may I add first spin gets a bonus wins £80 only £50 goes in to my balance then my balance drops to £70 I had to tell my self twice that I wasn't on the soup.
