Hi Tonigh I Played Aztec Warriors 

Won 20000 coins I did not add cash to my account on Spinson , here Is screenshot (I ever do this when i make big win)

 

I wrote to the support and they answer me:

As you can see from the attached excel file there is no record of you playing the game Aztec Warrior Princess.

We have gotten confirmation that there is now missing winnings from our gaming department so we are sorry but we can't credit any winnings that from our side don't exist.

Since they do not have record of you playing the game, the only way to show them a proof of you playing this game is by browsering your surfing history, there you might find it, take a screenshot and send it to them.

If converted to a $2.00 bet (0.40x5), the winning would only be 10,000 coins...same 3 Crystal Skulls.

Kamil, I am in the opinion that a malfunction did happen when you were playing that Aztec Warrior Princess game.

 

If the casino's server record doesn't have you playing the game, then it's almost impossible to fight against it, because in cases of disputes, the data in the casino's server would take precedent over data in your computer.

 

The malfunction could have been caused by your internet connection, your computer, or by the game itself. The winning of that 20,000 coins not showing up in your credit balance is already not a good sign. From my own same win, that win of yours should only have been 10,000 coins...but I cannot be 100% sure of this.

 

Sorry my friend, but it looks like nothing much can be done to help you out further on this matter.

To be honest you do not have a case here and here is why :

 

- From what I can see you were playing in Fun mode and not real mode. Simply for the fact when i check your balance and bet amount, it does not display a currency before the amounts, which means it is play money.

- You mentioned you did not fund any cash to your balance before you started playing

- If you were playing using real money on Play n Go slots, a currency like $ or euro or pound sign should appear before the amount. Similar like the screenshot below

Yeah, if it's indeed a malfuction, the OP will not receive his winning. The 20.000 credits win is correct though since his bet was 20 and that multiply by 1000.

You know what mate...it's been quite a while since my last play on Aztec Warrior Princess...but I still remember how those Skulls would pay...

 

If you refer back to my screenie, I won 2000 coins for a 2 coins bet...which is a 1000 coins win x2 coins.

I have also won the other coloured Skulls, plus a combination of coloured Skulls, but those wins never exceeded 2000 coins.

 

So...in our friend's case above, he was betting with just 1 coin, got those 3 Skulls, which should only pay 1000 coins at 0.10 value per coin. That 20,000 coins win was totally erroneous!

 

The maximum payout is 1000 coins per coin bet, so he would need to have won that amount on 20 coins bet instead, which wasn't the case.

So this is definitely a case of a 'malfunction'.

Agree, it looks like a typical case of game malfunction referring to some sort of a visual glitch or graphical misrepresentation...

 

Still, such an issue should be adequately investigated and replied officially to the player who experienced that glitch. And since the casino team is usually helpless with this sort of issues, it must be the relevant gaming provider who should do that. 

 

Player must insist on getting official response from the gaming provider before resting the case.

The OP played the 0,10 bet with max paylines and won 1000x bet (€2.00) then that should pays him 20.000 (€2000)

Ok mate...then how come I got those 3 Crystal Skulls at 0.40 bet but it paid me only 2000 coins, or 20 EUR...when it should be 1000 x 0.40, or 40 EUR, as you say?

Sorry mate...I think you are right after all...hehehe...

here's 'probably' the correct 3 Crystal Skulls winning screenshot...I can't remember for sure...

but it was played at only 15 lines...for a 15 EUR win (1000 x 0.15 = 15 EUR).
