Hats off to Microgaming, I think!

Recommended Posts

Hola...Hello...Howdy...Aloha...Bonjour...whichever you prefer, hehehe.  :hi:

Remember how I was talking about one Asian-based casino that was introduced to me via an unknown sms to my phone? You forgot already? Oh geees...and I thought only my memory could go bad, hahaha.  :D

Well, that was the casino that got my interest up in Microgaming games. I was given a free no-deposit MYR50 bonus to try out the casino, which I did of course, and also made many deposits there, before finally breaking the icy Microgaming Jinx, once and for all! And the game that broke the ice for me was none other than ISIS, getting 3 times of 5 beautiful scatters, all within 1 month of playing at the casino! What a memorable event that was for me!

The next day after that withdrawal (money was received in full the next morning), I found out that all Microgaming games had been removed from the casino! I asked the lovely Live Chat lady host the reason why, and she told me that all those games had been sent back to Microgaming for a major 'upgrade'. Ah, now you are remembering something about this right? Good! Hehehe.

Well, more than a month after that, the lady host contacted me via sms to tell me that a 'new' platform has been added into the casino, but, it was sadly a BetSoft platform! Argh! I told her I don't like BetSoft games and that they pay very badly. 2 days after that, I received a no-deposit MYR50 again, just to try out the 'new' platform. Hahaha.

And of course, I took that free chip. I would really be stupid not to take it, wouldn't you agree? Hehehe.  :D

I also asked her one day, will the Microgaming games ever come back after being upgraded? And guess what? The answer was "probably not!" DAMN! From there, I assumed that the games would not be upgraded as requested, or could not be upgraded for one reason or another. She doesn't know the reasons for this, of course, so she couldn't be certain of anything.

Now...if Microgaming had actually refused to do any 'major upgrading' on the games, then I must take my hat off to Microgaming!!! For sticking to their business ethics, for sticking to their rules, and for sticking to honesty!!! An absolutely rare trait to find from any game provider, I must say!

On the other hand, the casino may have rejected the costs for that 'major upgrading', so they decided to omit it altogether!  :(

Which of the two was the real reason, I guess I will never know, unless a Microgaming Representative pops up and give affirmation on it, which I doubt would happen either.  :p

Anyway guys...that's the latest update that I have on that Asian-based casino, and it looks like I won't be playing there anymore, not until those Microgaming games come back, for me to really scrutinise whatever the 'major upgrade' moves are or were!!! Hahaha.  :D

  Fat chance of that every happening with it comes to MG!!

Disappointing though Afi that you can't play there any more, especially when you'd finally broke that blardy jinx.

What other providers do they have then? Apart from Betsoft I mean.

Yes, I do agree with you 100% Sharon darling. I don't think any MG rep would affirm to such thing. Too confidential, I would think.  :(

That casino is the only one that I like very much, because it offers a 1% rebate on all wagers made in a week. I used to get up to MYR100 and over in a week, for a total weekly deposits of about MYR150, so that offer is a blardy good one indeed! Too bad I can't enjoy it anymore! Other Asian-based casino only offer 0.35% rebate, and that sucks!  :(

Other than MG and BetSoft games, all the others are mostly Asian games, not found in European casinos, except for a very few games, like Gonzo's Quest for example. The Asian games are by Spade Gaming, Top Trend Gaming, and such. There's even 1 game that's has a little bit of 'ppornn' animation in it! Hahaha. I played it once, just to see what it was all about, that got me excited for a while, then I quickly left it! Hahaha. Can't play it for too long...not in my 'solo' situation anyway!

That's very unfortunate matey! But, I'm pretty sure the time will come again! :good: , in the meantime, you can enjoy other top notch games and 'stick' to it :p

Yep...that's for sure, mate. There are a few more other games that I'm getting to like besides those few MG games.

Glorious Empire is one of them...those sticky Wilds are gonna get me stuck to it for a while, hehehe.  ;)

I'd do the same, as long they pay, I'd love to stay. From monday to sunday, I'll not planning to go away :D

I guess it's one of the Japanese games. Pornography is so free and liberal in Japan, that even games are allowed to have a little bit of such fun in them. Just cartoon animation of course, the usual anime style. The shows in Japan are even worse...unthinkable reality games that are for real in Japan!!! Hahaha.

Am I a fan of MG games? Yes...but not all of them.

Am I a fan of Microgaming?...is MG a 'she'? If not, then not really!  :D

After many years of playing slots, I now realised that I am not even a fan of Playtech...I only love a few of their games, as I love a few of MG games too. Heck, in fact, the same goes for Play'nGo, Thunderkick, NextGen and all the rest.

Each and every game provider only care for their pockets...when you take too much from them, they'll definitely make your pockets so much smaller!!!  :p As what Playtech had done for me, they even zipped close my pockets for me!!! Hahaha. That's the real truth as to how much any game provider would care for their 'fans'.  :p

That is good to hear Playtech Master Afi ! Playtech works for better than Microgaming but the quality of slot which will you prefer?

When it comes to quality, there's a lot of touch and go in most provider's games...

Playtech has had great quality games with their Marvel Super Heroes...but they're all gone now.

The replacing Age of The Gods games don't quite match up in terms of graphics quality and game play, although they are almost similar.

Microgaming has had very good quality graphics in their newer games, like Tarzan, Lost Vegas and some others...

but I still don't like the overall low payouts and very limited retriggering of their free spins. Can't beat Playtech in this sense.

If Supe It Up, Beach Babes and Isis could have more than 4 retriggers, that would definitely make the game much more interesting.

Break Da Bank Again doesn't have any retriggers, and getting 3, 4 or 5 Scatters don't pay anything at all...and that sucks!

Avalon II could be a good game, but I've since found out that the Bonus rounds can be blardy tricky indeed...it tends to pay small when playing with big bets, but pays big with small bets. I've done many thousands of spin on the game, with lots of completed Bonus games, and I am almost sure of this trait! Whenever I play with bets of $1.50 and above, the third Grail Scatter would not come. When I decrease my bet size, it'll come within just a few spins after that. That's why I just couldn't win with big bets on this blardy Avalon II game, similarly as for Break Da Bank Again too...both behave the same way! To win with big bets, you need to play with big bets ALL THE WAY...and that will kill your wallet very quickly too!

Right now, I'm preferring those few MG games more than those few Playtech games, simply because those Playtech games have been 'upgraded' badly and you know what I mean by that, right?  :p

To be honest, mate, I think the casino host gave you a misleading information regarding that 'mysterious MG games update'... To my best knowledge, if there was ever such an update then it must be related to the QuickFire/Viper platform and has absolutely nothing with the individual games. ;)

Still, really happy to see someone changing completely his/her mind about an industry giant such as Microgaming, let alone one of Masters himself. :p

Well, it was indeed the entire MG platform that was removed from the casino, leaving behind 3 Asian platforms and 1 Betsoft platform.

However, it doesn't really matter now...I don't think that MG platform will ever come back anyway.  :(
