Mrringo refused my withdrawal

Recommended Posts

Hello AskGamblers-Forum-Members,

I´m a bit frustrated at the moment. I´m totally new to this Forum and first of all I have to apologize for my bad english.

I just saw that my withdrawal at Mrringo got refused and the Live-Support isn´t online yet, so i saw in Google that some other People posted a similar problem with Mrringo here.

I did my first deposit of 100€ on 10.11.2016 on Mrringo and lost them... 11 Days ago I´ve got an Email with a 100% Bonus up to 200€. I decided to give them another try and deposited 200€. In the Email it says, that I have to wager the Bonus 10x on min. 2,0 odds in Sportsbet.

Now I have wagered the Bonus atleast min. 10x and did a total of 36 Bets. 2 of the Bets had Odds under 2,0 (1,8 / 1,9). After the wagering was fully done, i had ~1000€ and I liked to play some Casino Slots with the good profit before I do a withdrawal.

In the Slots I was a bit unlucky and dropped to 359,77€ and decided to do a withdrawal.

Now I have got an Email, that ALL my money got refused cause I placed on sportbet Odds under 2,0.

I´m now asking me, why this is a reason to refuse ALL of my money. I mean i even did the wagering requirements without the 2 bets under 2,0 Odds. Futhermore there is no Info in the Email that I´m not even allowed to bet under 2,0 Odds. It just says for me that bets under 2,0 won´t count for the wagering requirements. I can understand when bets under 2,0 don´t count for the wagering Requirement, but that can´t be a reason to refuse the money. I mean in the AGB´s of Mrringo it says, that it is a Bonus Violation when you bet on Odds under 1,8 (what i was not even doing), but I think it´s not really fair to hold the Customer in uncertainty like this. For me it´s not even Right binding to give such rules in the AGB´s, it´s like to say when you deposit between 10-15 o´clock, we have the right to refuse all your money. ^^

It really sounds offending against Mrringo, but I don´t really want to prejudice them... thats why I´m trying to get some help or experiences with this, but hopefully the Live-Chat will help me tomorrow.

Thank you in advance! :)

Hello there and welcome to Askgamblers :)

First I would like to say that you are not the first and unfortunately also won't be the last for having bonus terms issues.

I would like to know if you have read the terms of the bonus you claimed?  Nowadays it's a mandatory to read them because when you claim a bonus, you are no longer playing with your own money. Claiming a bonus means you are playing with their money and there are some certain rules attached to it. Terms are rarely given via email, most of the time you have to visit their website and look for them. Some casinos are more tricky than the others, that's why you have to dig into their website and read the T&C's. We all dislike reading because we just want to play, right? But in order to prevent future issues, we don't have other choice.

Hi Desto3525

I'm afraid I'm afraid I'm with Blondie on this one I have no idea how sports betting works unfortunately so from you said I'm struggling to see what the actual problem is. I can only assume this is similar to the max bet rules for other casino games?

Did you stick to the odds they said in the email you had or did you go above or below these? Sorry for the extra questions just trying to figure out how these odds work to maybe offer some more advice.

We do have members here that already know about sportsbetting, I'm hoping they'll jump in too for some better advice.

If you think you followed the rules and clearly understood them all before you got that bonus then you're absolve my acquitted, my friend if you think not then better to be a lesson for you. Mostly, users/players complained about this and 1/3 of them aren't sure of the bonus terms and conditions leading to their bonus confiscation.

Update us mate, if you do successfully contact the
Mr Ringo casino.

I hope a good luck for you mate.

Hello and thanks to everyone for his messages. Sry that I´m reply so late, I was kinda busy the last days.

Yeah, it´s hard to compare the sportsbet rules with the casino rules, so it´s not really similar to them.

Mrringo is the first site, were it is a violation, when you bet under the minimum Odds. Normally (On all other sportbooks i have seen) the bets under the minimum Odds are allowed, but they don´t count for the wagering requirements. In my opinion it´s not legally at all to refuse or to hold the whole money, when you do so.

In Casino it´s different, there you know, when you mostly bet over 5€ with a bonus, then the casino site have the right to refuse the money, thats nothing new. ;)

Well, I researched on the Internet a bit more about Mrringo and I heard about soo many refuses of withdrawals and that Mrringo is anything but safety.

Futhermore, I had another deposit with another bonus. (please don´t ask me why I did another deposit ^^ I´m already annoyed about it). I now wagered again and did not bet under Odds of 2,0 or violated against any other rule. I did a withdrawal on 29.04.2017. Today I just wanted to ask friendly in the live chat, when the withdrawal could be done (I mean it was weekend, so it happens that withdrawals can take longer then 2 or 3 days. Withdrawal was to skrill.). The Live-Support said that I violate against the Bonus-Rules and that the withdrawal was canceled, cause I bet on Odds under 2,0. I said, that they are talking about my first withdrawal and not about my new withdrawals. The Live-Support said that, she isn´t able to see which Withdrawal it is, but I´m pretty sure it´s not the new one (I checked my bet history several times!) , cause she said that I did bets under Odds of 2,0, what I was doing in my first bonus, but not with the new one.

All in all I wrote a Email to the legal department now, but everything friendly, just want to know when the new withdrawal could be done. If they won´t complete the withdrawal cause of idk what they try to find now, then I will initiate legal action! I believe and this also show my experience from the internet, that mrringo is not quite legal, but let´s see if they complete my new withdrawal (of ~1400€)! All things like the supports comfirm it as well, that they are not really professional like many other sites.

I know it´s hard to understand my horrible horrible English Skills, but I´m just angry when People just try to do such illegal things to exploit other People.

I will keep you up to date!

I have learnt the hard way with any bonuses. I managed to take a 100 to 300 bonus on spinstation. I managed to bet up to a massive £7000. I didn’t see the max bet of £5 and they took all my winnings and only paid me the £100 I originally placed.

It doesn’t stop you from betting over the max amount so it’s basically a rip off as you need to wager 35X the £300.

I will never take a bonus again and avoid the aforementioned casino at all costs.

It is really essential to read the terms of their bonuses. They might have a specific min-max bet amount and for sports please don't d cross betting or placing bets on the same match on both teams... Yes, you will reach the wagering requirement easily but it's just not worth it once you get caught, all of your winnings + bonus or possibly including deposit will be forfeited. This applies to most huge casinos that have their own trader team that monitors these odds... so please, just don't.  ;)

All bonuses carry a max bet rule however so many players like yourself get caught out. Most bonuses are perfectly safe to accept but it is vital you read and understand the rules of EVERY bonus you take before taking it. It's not really a rip-off it's just a matter of the playing knowing the terms of the bonus they're getting.

I totally agree.  You can still have fun but It wouldn't hurt to read their terms and conditions, These bonuses have specific rules, players can still enjoy them, however, since we are playing with their money they have the rights to create these rules and we have the liberty to read and understand them. Just my opinion. Seriously we can't expect them to just give out money that easy, after all... It's still Business. :D

Exactly! Find a trusted casino and actually you'll find their bonuses terms and rather fair considering they're giving you free money to try and win with. Of course there will always be casinos that impost ridiculous terms to their bonuses it's just learning which casinos and bonuses work best with your style of playing.

At least that's what I think anyway  :p

Whatever it is...casino is always and always will be BUSINESS FIRST!  :p

So that should tell us a lot of things about casinos...if you know enough about business that is.  ;)

Casinos cant write any T&Cs, they want. They are not allowed to violate their countries consumer protection rules.

Just one questionable rule may even negate all terms.

And Mr.Ringo's business is game over.

They sunk with user's money.
