[Solved] Cashable bonus issue

when I see your bonus database

there is the 400% bonus displayed as cashable but its only a wagger bonus und cant be cashed out (I guess with all gametech casinos)

 

 

whats is the meaning of "cashable bonus"?

Cashable bonus means that the amount bonus you received is withdrawable when the wagerings are cleared. There are some casino that removed the deposit bonus when the wagering is cleared. Personally, when a bonus money is not cashable I think that's most stupid terms ever. but everybody has his/her own opinion.

problem is that here in askgamblers gametech casinos have bonus in database which are marked cashable but they are not

this already costs me €800

 

to be honest its fair to dont pay out bonus when you give %300 or %400 bonus but here in the bonus database they are wrong marked cashable

The casino mentioned above (in the link) is one of the many casino from a certain group where I personally will never play at. They have huge deposit bonuses but there's always a catch. In this case, the withdrawal amount from the bonus is limited to a certain amount. I believe it was 10x deposit. I advise you to read the terms carefully before playing with bonuses.

As Leo explained the term does indeed mean you can cash out the bonus amount once you've met the wagering requirements.

 

I'll get this checked with our bonus team and adjusted if needed. I'll update the forum once I have a reply.

Sorry to hear that mate but unfortunately you misunderstood the bonus description. I hope that it will not discourage you to bet for more and picked a good bonus that you want and deserved. Also, keep in mind that you must first check and read the description of any bonus you want to possess or take and understand the bonus T & C.
