Aloha! Brand new newbie!  Seems one has to be at least a Level 2 VIP to play?  Is there a casino that allows anybody?? 

 

Also, I have only played casinos heavily advertised on the web i.e. Cool Cat, Prism, Planet7, Slots of Vegas, etc., and mostly with NDB and with a very few exceptions, mostly winning nothing!  And experiencing 2-3 month LONG waits for payment !!

 

Please let me know which ones you would recommend are exceptions to the rule?

Yep I'm afraid all the casinos you've mentioned have long payment times, if ever! I don't have exeperience in`these casinos personally though.But from my experience you can play progressives regardless of your VIP level if that is what you are asking?
