[Edited:] Winnings withheld from Blacktype.bet due to previous self-exclusion

Having an issue with a New Bookmaker online called "Blacktype Bet". They promised good odds and good service.

 

I opened an account yesterday and was pretty successful, winning £4500 from a £50 starting deposit. I then tried to withdraw this money, my withdrawal showed as "Pending" and then "Authorised" shortly after. I really doubt I'll see the winnings.

 

This morning I received an email stating

"Black Type operates under the gambling licence belonging to FSB Technology. As you are self excluded with another FSB partner site you are not permitted to open a Black Type account. We have returned all deposits and you should receive that within 3-5 working days."

 

I had no idea who their partners were and it doesn't tell me on their site.

Yes I was self excluded 3 years ago from a site that I've since found to be operated by FSB, but their websites self exclusion policy shows nothing about being removed from all partners, and doesn't show who partners are either, so am I to just guess.

First of all, the title of your topic has been edited. There is really no need to write it all in Caps Lock, it's considered as yelling online. 

 

As for your issue, I'm afraid there is no way you could receive adequate feedback since you didn't say much about it anyway.

Same thing happened to my brother, he played won 700++, then they locked his account and voided it.

 

They are clearly thieves, if he lost, I bet they would allow him to lose more.
