Posh Casino

I also got an invitation to Posh Casino, but I can't remember how much the bonus chip was for.  I was able to read the T&C with no problem.  I was not as fortunate as the others because I wasn't able to accumulate any winnings.  The free bonus is all that I played there.  I have not deposited any money at all.

Thanks for your feedback. Guess you were able to read the casino terms, simply because you registered there prior trying to browse it. Otherwise you would have seen this image instead:

In my humble opinion, no casino hiding such a crucial info as Terms behind tricks like this new "invitation" thing should be trusted.  :excl:

Finally received part 1 of my withdrawal. I requested Nov 23rd and just received half of my $2500 withdrawal by wire. I was charges and additional $51 above their normal $20(last time $20). They told me in an email that my bank charged this fee. NOT TRUE! So this is another lie. Part 2 was approved the other day and they told me it would be processed by week end. So we'll see. I'm just ready to get my funds and be Done with these people. Way Too Slow Paying.

Yeah, I haven't received my payment which I won off of a bonus they gave me they told me it was sent to the payment processor on 12/20 and than I get another lie that it was sent on 12/23 and I should be receiving it between 4-10 business day. I won't be holding my breathe because they can't seem to show me how they are any different then the other sloooooooooowwwwww paying casinos. I will not be doing any more business with them I'm done.

Sorry to hear about your negative experience with this casino brand, guys. Wish you had read this post of mine from November 16th, would have saved lots of unpleasant emotions.. :(

I am a longtime lurker on this site but have never posted. I just had a horrible experience with Posh casino, and felt compelled to write.

 

I tried to chat with them last weekend for two reasons: the T&C link was not working even though I was logged in, and none of my promo codes were being applied to my deposits. The live chat person I kept getting named “Frank” was beyond rude and was only replying in one word answers. So I gave up on live chat and sent three emails to my VIP host as well as customer service, which were never responded to. Finally I sent another one asking why I was getting no response, and I got an email response that said, “Hey, don’t worry. We are the best in the business.” It was beyond strange. No casino has ever responded to me that way. I sent them another response telling them their customer service needs improvement and I got an email back saying they are not “lairs” and management is aware I was threatening them. (Threatening them?!?!?) The whole email was again, very unprofessional and full of spelling errors. The whole experience has been just bizarre. I am thankful I only deposited a small amount with them and I would urge everyone to stay away. They are shady and just plain…odd.

Hi Edie,

             I'm not surprised the VIP who referred me got mad at me for comparing them to other casinos; this is after he invited me and bragged about them being so much better and faster with their payout and I'm still waiting for my pay out wow that what I call really fast; fast way of losing a customer and I'm done with them.

Sorry to hear about your troubles with Posh casino, wish you could have read this topic earlier and spare all these issues, but better late than never. ;)

 

Hope you learned your lesson and will check here any casino prior registering and depositing there.

Surely this casino along with any other casino associated with it needs to be closed down.Before I deposit anywhere I gather as much info as possible on the casino I am thinking of depositing on.I can imagine how frustrated and angry some of you guys are.Hope everyone gets what they are owed but after reading this in its entirety it looks very unlikely to me.Good luck guys.

I want to thank everyone for the welcome and for the comments. Lesson learned! I have had many favorable experiences with The Club World series of casinos, and being from the US, I do not know of any other really good ones. Does anyone have any recommendations?

 

I have had quite a bit of luck with Royal Ace casino, but I agree with all of the posts that the withdrawals take a long time, although I do think they have improved a bit.

My theory with RTG slots is that jackpots hit more often when more players are losing money. So a special invite is kinda limited to even less players.. therefore not enough jackpots to win. Just a theory but makes sense to preserve a new casino from getting hit too fast with payouts.

I won on Dec 10 and requested payout of $1000.00.  Just got check by Fed EX today, the check is from Canada,  Bank says may take up to 6 weeks to clear.    Here is the message I got from Posh Casino about the check coming to me  

DO NOT EVER call the number of the bank or the processor listed on the check. Due to the nature of processing regulations, it is important NOT to contact the processor directly as it may jeopardize the clearance of the funds into your bank account and incur fees.

 

 

 

Please keep in mind that once you receive your check, you should deposit it ONLY and it may NOT be endorsed under a third party name or signed to CASH. The check must be deposited within the first 30 days of the issuing date on the check.

 

 

 

***********Important***********

 

Do not go to a cashing agency location! Some of these checks are Canadian and can only be deposited into a checking or savings account that takes Canadian checks. A check cashing service will likely confiscate the check and will not be able to re-issue you another one!

 

 My check was for $800.02 as they took out the amount of bonus I received and $25 for sending fed ex from Canada...  So now I wait to see if the check actually clears.

I will say this in regards to Posh casino . I had been with silver oak since it began back in 07 or 08 I think . I was ready to leave because there withdraws are taking 40 to 50 days which is horrible. I got the invite to Posh and played there a couple of weeks. I woke up this morning to find they had charged my card (which was a different amount to my last deposit ) I logged in to see if they had credited me the money atleast to my account. Which they had not . It couldn't have been an accidental duplicate because as I said . the amounts were different. I chatted with them and they played dumb and tried to swing it back on me . I emailed them and have yet to get a reply . Sadly they have the numbers of several of my cards . I guess I will have to have them changed . Does anyone know of a casino with realistic payout times ?

Well there are plenty but are you limited to RTG only?

I just signed up with Posh after getting the invitation months ago and I do know how people got invited coz one of the VIP managers at posh who is handling my account is a friend of mine whom I had originally met playing with Cool Cat casino. It's a new casino and a lot of the VIP managers or staff used to work at other casinos like silver oak, cool cat, and others. They were the one who sent the invites to the clients that known to be Legit and were already verified at the other casinos. It's actually good coz they are only handling a good amount of legit clients so it's not chaotic at all. They are great and one of the things I like about them is they all speak great English and each account has an assigned VIP manager since all accounts are VIPs. So you know which Person to call exactly and ***** at in case there's problems or if you have any questions. They are based in Costa Rica. Very professional and great staff. Talking with them on the phone and talking directly to your VIP host is the best way to communicate with them.

And how long is it for Bank check dear? Congrats n your winnings. Was this from the $500 NDB?

I only recently got the on 1/11. I deposited the check and they held it for a day. Had the safe issues as usual with Canadian checks they always want to know what its for because the check doesn't look legit because they are unfamiliar with such checks. which is why i prefer Bankwire. I had this issue with Both Planet7 and Royal Oak casino checks. But they told me that they were having issues with sending Bankwires to Wells Fargo Banks and the banks rejecting the Bankwire. I had no issue with other casinos doing that.
