PAYPAL and Gambling site name mismatch HELP

I want to add Paypal to a gambling site but the Paypal account is registered under my maiden name which is different than what would be registered if I was to set up an account. The card linked up PayPal would be under the name the account would be registered in and match my ID

 

What are gambling site responsibilities for checking payment methods match the name of the account - on account set up or if gambling behaviour triggered further checks? 

 

What the consequences are if Gambling took place and the name was a mismatch? does it breach terms and conditions of gambling site? If so which ones? would the deposit be voided and returned and account suspension and not able to gamble?

Why dont you change your name at paypal. Its possible. The @xyz cannot be changed but the name can be. I will check and update.
