Hey guys so when playing on a £1 stake I managed to hit the max win on gates, it only let me play 13 spins and the max win was £4000 I thought it should of been £5000 am I wrong?

Yes, the stated max win in the game's paytable is indeed 5000x. Once your total win reaches 5000, all remaining free spins would be forfeited, hence you got to play only 13 spins.

The final total win should show 5000GBP, not 4000GBP. Hope you have taken a screenshot of that final spin. Go to their Live Chat, attach the screenshot, and ask why the payout was only 4000 and not 5000. The matter would then be escalated to the casino management for checking.

Thank you so much for the reply, I knew I was right having watching sooo many max win vids from gates, I have screenshots and also the pragmatic replay video, what do you think my chances are of getting the other £1000

What are your chances of getting that 1000GBP? Well, I would say 100%, hahaha, but I'm not the casino, and I don't know if there are other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the payment. Hope there's none though, so good luck!

Hope it wasn't a malfunction but a MISfunction. If the screenshot or replay video can show that all the winning symbols are there to award that max win, then there shouldn't be any worries...unless the sneaky Pragmatic guys wish to use delaying tactics or payment refusal!

A malfunction would cause the game to hang, or give the max win when the winning symbols are not there...or something like that.

You haven't contacted the casino yet? Oh boy! The casino could then say you have accepted the payment and may even refused to reconsider paying the extra 1000GBP. Then you may need to get Askgambler's AGCCS to file a complaint...which could drag the matter further.

It’s so frustrating because I’m over the moon with the 4k win obviously but for it to max win at 13 spins and then not be the full amount is annoying as *****! We all know how much gates rips balance so it bloody owes me

What would I do? I'm a man of my rights...if I'm in the right, I'd fight all out for what's mine. If I'm doubtful, I'd take whatever I can get.

In your case, if I'm 100% sure of getting that max win RIGHTFULLY, with screenshots and video as proof, then I would fight for that 5000 GBP!

Honestly, if it was me I don't think I would chase it, as you said potentially chasing the rest. What is the current status of your withdrawal at the moment? Were you playing with a straight deposit?

I have played pragmatic slots in the social tournaments since October and never once had a max win..... and must have done many hundreds of thousands of spins and thousands of bonus buys.

Hi sorry for the late reply, I have had my withdrawal money I got it the day after the win, I have also raised it with 32 red and they have sent it to pragmatic for a review. I was playing with my own money no bonus cash and yeah I have screenshots and screen recordings aswell as the pragmatic replay

how many spins did it take you to get this max win.. I've played this slot in 20 tourneys (some of which were bonus buys/rebuys) and not had major wins on it (only played it on Social Tournaments), in fact no max wins on any of the pragmatic slots in nearly 2400 tourneys. I guess the pragmatic slots aren't for me yet I still play the tourneys everyday and put in about up to  2500 spins daily. Only had 1000x+ wins on pragmatic slots only a few times, and best being on Buffallo King 3094x

what about all your other previous sessions on it before this 50 quid deposit session? surely this wasn't your only session on Gates of Olympus

Played a few times on 50p spins and then on £2.50 spins and won £3.5k I don’t really play that much maybe once or twice a month and never more than £100 deposit

Here's what happened. I assume you triggered the bonus and not bought it. I just noticed that your bonus bet was activated so your real bet was 80 pence plus the 20 pence bonus bet which adds up to £1. So the wins were given to you were based on the 80 pence bet which is £4000.
