Hi and welcome to the forum,  as far as I know we do not have a casino rep for Wildz Casino but I will double check now and get back to you later. 

If you're experiencing issues have you considered using our complaints service? Or is it something we could offer some advice for?

Wildz can be a bit slow with verification but if you've sent them documents, there shouldn't be a problem. Have you asked support for an update? For me it took a few days to verify.
