Bet vanished on lightning win 500x

I was playing lightning roulette. Placed a big amount on 4 and different other numbers. When the ball started spinning before the lightning my bet suddenly disappeared on the 4 and other numbers leaving only 1 number. The lightning was 500x times on 4 and the ball fell into the 4. I quickly tried to contact the customer service of Casinowinner. I feel cheated by Evolution gaming and hope they resolve this. Casinowinner wants a Dutch license so I hope they resolve this with all honesty.

Sincerely hope your issue has already been forwarded by the casino support team to the Evolution Gaming reps for further investigation. This is the least they could do considering the situation and providing the fact you gave them solid proofs for the glitch.
