  1. Is anyone else having trouble withdrawing from fantasino? I've been trying since Monday to withdraw but keep getting told theres an IT problem. Deposits are working fine unsurprisingly. I just think it's really unprofessional that they haven't emailed people to let them know. Now being told it could be several days before withdrawals are back up and running

My laptop keeps shutting down, restarting, and I keep receiving this msg. : 'Display Stopped Responding' blah blah. Before I get panic attack and while there's still a hope.. Guru, please help!!! I never asked for some IT advice, but I need it now, please! If I stay without communications for the 100x. . Awena is not upset yet,,well, just a bit, but I am afraid, something bad is about to happen, just don't advise to take it to some 'repair' shop. I will fix this myself if possible and need at least 'directions' ... Thank you!

Yes I am still here I promise I am just so busy there are not enough hours in the day at the moment and with school coming to a close for the summer holidays everything is hectic at the moment. But I do have a question I would like to ask you all and its about complaints! I am just wondering how many of you have actually made a formal complaint to a casino? I have to say I have been quite lucky in my gambling career and have never really experienced any massive problems that have led me to make an official complaint to a casino whereby I would have to go through the complaints process. I have however made two complaints via AskGamblers once was resolved perfectly, the other the casino did not reply! And following on from this have any of you ever taken your complaint further let's say to a third party organization or a licensing jurisdiction? If you are currently waiting on a reply for a complaint already submitted to a third party its best you don't tell us yet as I know they do not like people discussing it in such forums. But please share with us all your experiences (if any). It may be that you have never made a complaint - tell us anyway!
  6. I have 22000 NOK pending in withdrawals since yesterday, my account is verified and one day is not a long time but my problem is this: I set a 1000 NOK pr day limit. When i deposit i have to use fundsend. But fore some reason thats in euros... So i tought 120 euros was ruffly 1000NOK but the currency has gone up so it turns out it was about 1240 NOK. Then the deposit was deducted fro my card, but didd not show in casino account. After allot of back and forth with support they tell me they add the funds and i must withdraw them. Then i can deposit again 1000 NOK. So i do this and redeposit 100 euros ruffley 980 NOK. Then i was told sorry the system counted the first deposit... This deposit is also voided and i will have to wait untill tomorrow to be credited... Seriously the worst CS ever!!! Then i look at my pending withdrawals and lo and behold that they prosses the 1240 NOK deposit i requested to be cahsed out after about 10 minutes, but they leave my winnings pending... Why cant they prosses it all?
