  1. I registered to play in a certain casino ( ill keep the name out of it at this stage I think) and after a couple of difficulties getting all the required T&C sent to me ( not all are accessible from the site and they were difficult to get to) so after a number of things didnt go as smoothly as it should have I decided to delete my account with this online casino. Stating all the reasons why I wanted my account closed. Now I have not long ago checked my emails and that casino responded to me with a lengthy email about self exclusion. Gambling addiction and it ended with the option to verify or deny my previous statement!!!! What??? Not once in any casino chat, forum, or live chat have I ever said I had a problem with gambling. Is it normal when you close your own account for whatever reason for the casino to then arbitrarily decide that closings your own accounts now constitutes self exclusion? because it seems like this casino is being particularly difficult by suggesting that. My options are to self exclude or to leave the account open, which Seems to me like a security risk.
