  1. NOTE: In my 6 years of online gambling experience this might be my first casino complaint and its because of Lack of communication between Astropay and the casino. Not even my fault. My clean online casino gambling career is ruined. So I requested a cashout from Bitstarz on April 1 of 210 euros. Uploaded all documents and all of them accepted but one. I used Astropay card for deposit and the document which still hasnt been accepted is the one which has card number in history. I was told they have sent that document to Astropay to verify. After 20 hours I recalled my cashout twice and played down to 97. Completely my fault. Between all this I contactef bitstarz thrice and they said Astropay hasnt replied to them in 24 hours. Last night after 48 hours since Bitstarz request to Astropay they still havent gotten a reply. Meanwhile I contacted my Astropay chat and they said they haven received any mail. When i said I am in contact with Astropay and Astropay has asked me what is the mail by which they sent us mail, I said I will ask Bitstarz. Bitstarz chat said he doesnt know email and he said we cant give you our email. Its between us and Astropay. Fair enough. Astropay said we will look for email ourselves and get in touch with Bitstarz. I contacted bitstarz again and they say they havent replied to us in past two days plus today which now makes it 63 hours. Meanwhile Astropay has replied to me on email and even on whatsapp. Now for the hillarious part. When I contacted Bitstarz again I asked them what happens if I cant verify account, they said i will not get my payment. I asked what is the deadline they said we have no time frame. I asked what happens if Astropay never replies. They said we will release payment. I asked what is dealine for waiting. They said we have no time frame. Meanwhile while all this is going on I recorded the entire event of me logging into my Astropay and going to my profile, deposit, address and transaction page and sent this clip to Nick, the casino manager about more than 24 hours. No reply. I uploaded same on chat to agent. He tells me to wait. If things dont workout between Astropay and Bitstarz team is it my fault? What next?
  2. So it all begin with a 10mbit deposit. I made my deposit using Bitcoin, and opened punk rocker slot. I made a bonus buy of 6mbtc and won about X200, then proceeded to make another bonus buy and won a wopping x1500 on the slot...Got a bit excited and went to the my account section for a withdrawal, come to see there is a bonus attached to my deposit which as automatic. Now I am seriously pisseeedd of already. I contacted support and ask where the ***** the bonus came from and they said it's automatically applied to my account when I deposited. I must turn off the do not give bonuses when making deposits. I mean how the ***** am I suppose to know they offering a bonus for the day? I asked support to cancel my bonus so that I can get my x1500 win credited to my account because I was not aware of the bonus and they said no, I needed to complete wagering not what I wanted to hear. (I Hate Wagering). To top it off, I never ever play with any deposit bonuses at Bitstarz ever because of the limited providers available in BTC. Only no limit and play n go worth playing and the minimum bet in Play n Go and iSoftbet is $2 per bet which is a bit high for me, I remember asking @OlleBitStarz to get this lowered and it still has not been done. I only the Friday loyalty spins and Wednesday spins which I get for being a depositing member. Never any cash deposit offers or anything @OlleBitStarz can confirm this by looking at my history. The reason I did not have bonuses turned off was because I was playing in USD for the past while during the AskGamblers competition to enable more provides to being available to get winners. Normally when bonus is available then it would have displayed as per the screenshot and I would have known there would be a bonus added. Also I do not mind the bonus being added, but the system activated it automatically, it does not wait for you to go activate it under my bonuses section similar like free spins etc. I just really hoped support could have made the exception and canceled the bonus and added my x1500 win to my account because this automatic bonus issue messed up my entire day and play at Bitstarz and it's obvious I did not meet wagering as I was not in the mood to really focus and games are seriously limited. I had to kiss a 40 mbtc win goodbye which is a big amount for me actually. To top it off, today I received my 2nd chance spins for my deposits I have lost yesterday and I see they now credit it on those shiiittty Bgaming slots... It used to be on Platipus or Fruit ZEN which I will choose any day over these 9 pay line slots, because you know will never win anything Aaaarrrrgg!

  5. Just some brief feedback on my overall disappointed with Bitstarz.com as a long time regular player in their casino who will never be back. A few weeks ago I deposed around 500 USD worth of BTC and played, had fun, and lost it all. No problem, as we all know it happens. Then today, I deposited around $100 USD in BTC, lost it in 20-30 minutes. No worries, it happens. Then I deposited another $100 USD in BTC, and was lucky to win around $200 in 10-15 minutes. I then decided to withdraw around $200 and leave around $70 in the casino to play with. While the withdrawal was processing I kept playing and loosing and later received an email alert stating that my withdrawal was denied since their is now a 3x play through requirement on deposits. Wow seriously???? I do not use any bonus money, so this means they now force a play through on your own money. This seems totally unfair and ridiculous to me. In the recent past I deposited there before, and took money out without meeting any play through. Sometimes I deposited and later got busy and changed my mind and just took my money back out, without playing at all (or just a few clicks on slots), never a problem. So now they changed their terms so that you cant take your own money out without meeting a 3x play through. This should have resulted in an email information everyone of this new rule. Or if this is an old rule they never enforced until now, still a message should have gone out. And furthermore, they should provide tracking of your progress to be able to take your own money back out (how far along you are on meeting their 3X play through rule on taking your own money back out). How else can you know? You have to contact support to ask when you can take your own money out and how close you are to meeting the play through on your own money??? What makes me more upset is when you check their balance page it shows the full amount as being withdrawable and there is no tracking that shows you if you met the 3x play through or what your progress is towards meeting it (since this is not a bonus). And as I kept playing they returned my deposit to my available balance without telling me until later so I over played and lost 25% of the $200 I had planned on withdrawing. It would have been nice for them to tell me before I lost some of my requested withdrawal. And I don't watch my balance when playing in a game every second so did not notice a sudden increased when they dropped my failed deposit back into my play balance. (When you withdraw money the withdrawal is tied up so you dont see that in your balance, then they simply dropped it back into my in game play balance). The email arrived later saying the deposit failed, so this was also frustrating. I had a previous problem with them that was resolved through this site's complaint process, but as this is their policy now there isn't much that can be done other than avoiding them as long as they refuse to return your own money. At least in a land based casino you can walk out whenever you want and bring your own money with you. With this development it means you cant even leave with your own money unless you have played it through 3x. If other casinos online are doing this I will go back to land based casinos over this rule. Maybe this is only Soft Swiss casinos doing this as bit starz is another of their white label casinos from what I know (or maybe they have their own license now, not sure). Anyway if this is all Soft Swiss casinos I guess its time to find others who dont have such rules. It would sure be awful to hit a jackpot quickly then not be able to take the money out due to a 3x play through rule. I understand bonuses have play through rules which is why I dont accept bonuses. For real money deposits having a play through I will never come back to this casino or any other Soft Swiss casino with the same rule (maybe all of them).

  7. I few days ago I qualified for the Bitstarz Wednesday Free Spin bonus. This is a bonus they have weekly, that you have to make a deposit of a certain amount, and wager that amount, in order to qualify for a free spin bonus. I deposited the required amount (150 euro) and wagered it all, in order to earn 80 free spins. When chatting with their customer service (since the free spin bonus did not show up as it is supposed to in my account) they informed me that they added it while we were chatting, and that I would have to play it on their game called Dragon King by Game Art. I then activated the bonus and played. I was very exited when during the free spins I won 19.55 BTC! This was my biggest win, and it really made my decade! I then proceeded to play as hard and strategically as possible, in order to convert the bonus to cash through the 40x play through. After several days I was at around 8% conversation on the wagering, and thins were going well overall. I went from 19.55 BTC to 24 BTC then down to 15 BTC. With 27 days to go I felt I had a chance to earn at least some of this monster win. Then today I was shocked when I logged in to my account and saw a 0 balance. No email, no call. Just a 0 with no explanation. I then opened a chat with their service and was told that they cancelled the bonus since I was given the wrong bonus, it should not have been for Game Art games, but instead should have been for other providers, so the win was void. This is very disappointing for a few reasons. #1 since I played with the winnings for several days without anyone contacting me to tell me anything was wrong, and I literally spent probably 25 hours playing intensely as a result. #2 since I had to find out by logging in and seeing the balance was 0 #3 since I am really sure the only reason they took the funds is because I won big; if I had lost I am sure they would not have given me free spins on other games due to the alleged error. #4 since I had stopped playing at other casinos and really trusted Bitstarz, it is a big swing from being one of their fans to suddenly having the honeymoon crushed in the way that gives so many other casinos a bad reputation #5 I am now concerned on a trust level, since in reviewing their history of big wins around 90+% are from a single player, who must be affiliated with the casino. How else would one player win 90% of the time on all of their 18BTC+ wins? So I have lost trust in them, which means I won't trust them with my $$ anymore. Given all of this I will no longer play at Bitstarz. I will also complain to their license authority although I am pretty sure that won't get me anywhere. After all their bonus terms pretty much say they can cancel a bonus anytime for any reason, and if you win big, it looks like thats what they will do to avoid risking having to pay it out. I though they were different, but not I realize they are not. I really question the wisdom of playing with bonuses at all now. It seems its just for fun, not something you can really win big on or count on - high wagering requirements and if you win big they will find a way to cancel it, even if you manage to meet the wagering needed, etc. So much time is spent promoting bonuses for online casinos but whats the point if you really can't come out ahead? For me it was a lot of wasted time, more importantly totally crushed excitement, and the undermining of the whole premise upon which I place my money and trust in an online casino.

That would explain why this casino is AskGamblers "favorite" one, with only positive reviews. The truth is different, alas, with a casino that doesn't even respect its own Terms & Conditions.   9. Well I am sorry to report a lot of problems with these two companies. I thought they had been sorted out, but just found out they have not. I also thought they were two different companies and perhaps they are, not sure, but they have the same customer service, the same repetitive emails, and the same issues with being unable to provide any meaningful or helpful information when problems arise with withdrawals or account issues. 1st situation - with Bovada So here we go -- with Bovada I made my first withdrawal in mid to late May, and it was a nightmare. Took two weeks, had to verify myself which I did immediately but still took two weeks after that due to the Visa Fast Funds issue. I was frustrated by the daily calls and emails leading no where and the long time of not even knowing if I would get my withdrawal (which was not a win, it was less than I had deposited after massive playing) so told them I would not be using their site anymore after receiving the funds, so this brought my balance down to 0. They didn't seem to mind I would not be using them. Well a few weeks later I decided to try them again, since they seem to be one of the biggest and I felt perhaps I could trust them after all. I made another deposit and won some money, around $750 on a $100 no bonus deposit. Since they started pushing bitcoin as a faster withdrawal method, hassle free and quick, I decided to test this before playing more, so I tried to do a partial withdrawal of 550 which was my second withdrawal, but first using bitcoin. The site says 15 minutes, but it turned out it takes 72 hours + 15 minutes they explained to me a I waited for the funds. It ended up taking around 4.5 days for the withdrawal, and as usual I kept calling them and they kept emailing me the same thing again and again. The good news is they did pay me the $550 withdrawal, leaving a few hundred in the account, but I was disappointed it took them 4.5 days for a bitcoin withdrawal when I had already been verified and made previous withdrawals. I have used 7bitcasino and bitstarz and both took about 15-20 minutes for withdrawals so perhaps I had been spoiled by their fast service. So this isn't the end - suddenly I received an email that I needed to call Bovada immediately about my account. I called them and it was blocked, and then called and was on hold around 15 minutes and talked to their financial services team, who said they didn't know why it was blocked but they were looking into it and would call me back later that day. Well they never called so I have been going back and forth with them by email when they say I need to call and I tell them I did that but when i called they had no information and they reiterated about 10 times back and forth to call again so 2 days later I called again. They said once again they did not know why my account was blocked and they would call me back in a few days. I explained it was ridiculous that my account is blocked and my no deposit winnings are on hold as well since I can't access my account, and asked for a withdrawal, and they said I also can't take the remaining withdrawal until they call me back in "at least a few days." So this is frustrating already. Okay now for part 2 - slots. lv I had a similar issue with slots. lv -- won some money and took out around $800 which brought my account down close to 0 but I still had around $1500 in bonus money left. They also promised fast hassle free withdrawals by bitcoin so I made the withdrawal that way. However of course they still wanted to verify me which took a few days, then they asked for more information which they did not initially ask for (proof of address) which I sent and that took a few more days. Then they said they cancelled the withdrawal since I needed to use a unique bitcoin wallet address I had never used before. I asked them why they didn't say this up front since otherwise how would I know this. Anyway this started the process over. I immediately sent them a new wallet address for Bitcoin and a few days later I received my withdrawal, so it took around a week via bitcoin. I am leaving out the frequent calls and emails back and forth leading no where, so I felt lucky to actually get my withdrawal but I did. Well then suddenly my account was blocked, and they said to call them which I did, and then they had to ask me questions again regarding verification which seemed ridiculous, and then they told me my account was fine again to login and use and they emailed me as well it was ready for use again. Then suddenly a day later (I had not logged in yet) I received an email to call them about my account, I said I already did so why call again, they kept repeating that I needed to call then everything would be clear since they are unable to communicate everything in writing. So I called them, and guess what, it was the exact same customer service rep I talked to with Bovada. This was a few minutes after I hung up the above call with Bovada, and they had the exact same story - they don't know why my account is blocked, they will find out and call me back in a few days, etc. etc. So now I realize they have the same customer service, the same withdrawal issues, and I am totally fed up with both. Also, their withdrawal interface on the sites appears very much the same, so I assume they use the same underlying platform - which really is terrible in my limited experience with them so far. I have no idea if I will ever receive my remaining funds with Bovada (no bonus tied to it) or if I will be able to login to slots. lv and continue using the bonus that I worked hard to secure. Anyway at this point I don't think I care much since I will probably never use either again. I did not file a complaint yet on this site which I may do soon, but for now, I just wanted to share my experience so others can avoid the same issues hopefully. Using bitcoin with other casinos it has been so fast and hassle free, so I expected better from both of these casinos especially when they assured me prior to my withdrawal that it would be fast using bitcoin. Maybe to them a week is fast and I realize others have had it far worse with Bovada (I have ready about a few month wait, etc.) but using bitcoin it really should have been faster I feel. At least with 7bit and bitstarz it is lightening fast (15 minutes at most so far each time). I am new to online gaming and this is the part that has really been discouraging, withdrawals from these two casinos. I will go back to 7bit or bitstarz or try one of the others many on this forum recommend. No more Bovada and slots. lv for me.
  10. I have been busy traveling and didn't have much time to login and play. Well I read a post on this forum tonight about how bad online gambling is, which somehow inspired me to dig in and have some fun and prove the anti-gambling population wrong! Just for the sake of perspective, I am up overall with online gaming since I begun 4-5 months ago, so it has certainly been a good experience for me so far. Back to tonight -- I thought about recent casinos I have played at, and recalled BitStarz as being the one with 100% positive experience, so I decided to visit them again. I moved 100 euro out of my previous consolidated winnings from various casinos (some with battles for withdrawals, others like BitStarz totally smooth and effortless withdrawals). My winnings were stashed in bitcoin (which just happened to go up in value around 30% over the course of moving winnings there, so they have gone up quite a bit just sitting there which is a nice bonus for doing absolutely nothing and a much better return than the stock market!!). So with 100 euro I just deposited to Bitstarz I have attached some screen pictures. I played Fruit Zen, Dragons Pearl, Playboy, Bridesmaids, and Rooks Revenge. And the end result is that after a few hours of fun, my balance was up from 100 EURO to 275 EURO. Not only was it fun but I got paid for it! So I just cashed out 250 EURO, and left 25 EURO in my Bitstarz account for more gaming action. Anyone who says this is rigged, I find that belief VERY hard to believe. It just isn't. I got lucky, the odds were fair, they just happened to land in my favor this time. Not always the case, but overall it seems to me that if you stick with your game of choice - eventually (could take a while) there is a nice payday. So for those who have recently posted about great immediate losses on many casinos all at the same time with the same trend and pattern - I have trouble believing the conclusions. Also, it is important to use some strategy with a focus on winning. If you were to approach this for example with an agenda of proving its rigged and a money looser, well I certainly could find a way to loose money. However if your agenda is to win (such as is the case for me) I play with a degree of strategy (not proven to work, and often doesn't, but I tend to stick with games until they pay - which can be a fault but also usually leads to payback in time). Just like the stock market, until you SELL the beaten down stock, or cash in your beaten down balance, its not yet a loss. Keep in mind I have no agenda here, I am just a humble consumer of gaming who finds the odds to be fair and balanced, now rigged or deceptive (assuming you use reputable casinos of course). Okay sorry to digress, back to tonight. I LOVE THIS BITSTARZ!! So efficient, such great service, and such excellent processes. I made a deposit, played with no technical issues, had a few support questions which were answered instantly by online chat, and cashed out the same night, all of this within a few hours. GUESS HOW LONG THE WITHDRAWAL TOOK at 230AM in the morning?????? 2 minutes!!!! And that was WITH STAFF REVIEW!!! WOW!!! They deserve every bit of their great rating on this forum, perhaps even higher.   11. I am a big player of bitstarz. I deposit big, bet bigger. Last week i lost 2.54 btc. They credited my account with 0.25 btc loyalty/cashback bonus. Then i started to play. I played one slot with 0.024 btc. I hit about 2btc win. Then i lowered my bet to 0.012 btc. I get bored, then i played with 0.03 and 0.06 btc. Most of my winnings come from my first 0.024 btc bets. Then i finished bonus rollover. Requested a 3.45 btc withdraw. They cancelled it and they removed my entire balance. Their claim is " You broke our rules by betting over 0.025 btc ". I respect their rules. I did not know that rule. However while most of my winnings comes from 0.024 btc bet, they remove whole balance. I feel scammed. They could remove my bets over 25mbtc (both wins and loses comes from that bets) then remains my balance with comes from 0.025 below bets. Then i could go on to rollever bonus amount.
