i was wondering if an online casino let's a player play from an area that states on their website it is not allowed but a player can play without using a vpn so truly from a restricted area. who's at fault and is a refund a posibility if it's the casino's fault

yes ofcourse i deposited 100$ and got 100% bonus ontop of it i honestly thought to myself id play slots and hope for the best by collecting as many bonus rounds on pragmatic as i could with it and if i hit 0 play them out to see if i'd end up in profit apparently this is a whole thing that users do to void wager requirments by forfeiting the bonus but i didnt mean to do that i'd be perfectly happy with my wins and the wager requirment bc i won 400$ but the system automatically forfeited the bonus when i hit 0 causing the bonus rounds not to pay out to my balance as seen here: the thing is though i reported it right after i played the first bonus and their terms of service is as followed : 5.4. Delaying any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game is prohibited.
