Hi guys ! I have been with Bitzstar for a while and I have withdrawal many times before ( biggest was 20k) and It always smooth. 2 days ago I played various slot and my total wining was 60k. But this time I didn’t see it get process faster like before ( always less than 30 mins for me to withdrawal) so I contacted support and they told me that for big win they need to check with game provider first. And first support said 1-2 days and later on other support and someone called himself a manager told me that there is no time frame for this situation. I check with Muchbetter they said they don’t take any fee. I’ve been asking Live Chat from both casinos and they said they can’t provide any information about this. Hey Guys. I was Trying to withdrawal by Interac which I normally do at Celeopatra casino but after 1 hours my withdrawal was cancel. I contacted live chat and they say their is technical issues that’s why I can’t do Interac anymore. So only option I have right now is through Bank Transfer which is very slow that’s why I don’t like it much.
