This is a recording of a session of "Crazyguy" on Monopoly, a very popular newly launched Game of Evolution Gaming.
The Bonus rounds have been deliberately edited out with the intention of shortening the already Long Video.
Soon after starting to play, CrazyGuy realises that the Betting time available to him to place Bets and/ or vary them, is very short. He notices that in most cases the Maximum betting time available to him is approximately 8 seconds which is woefully inadequate to vary the Bets and use any Betting System/ Strategy. Also, realising that 8 seconds would be a very odd figure for the Betting time, CrazyGuy enquires from the Hosts about the Maximum betting time which can be seen by them on their Screen.
The discussion with Host Pavel is of significance. Mr Pavel states that the Betting time is approximately 16 seconds but definitely not less than 14 or 15 seconds, considering that there might be a slight Lag in the System. However, he states that a lot of players have been complaining about the same. CrazyGuy requests Mr Pavel to give him a countdown of the Betting time for any single round.
Inspite of repeating the same request FIVE times in the chat, the Host chooses to ignore the request. Later, the Host apologises for ignoring his question and Informs CrazyGuy that he deliberately did not concede to the request due to his “Contractual Obligations” and goes on to state that the Betting Time could be "Different" for "Different Casino Providers". This is a Strange statement, I feel, coming from an experienced Host. Earlier, he had suggested to Mr Crazy that if the Betting Time was inadequate, Mr Crazy could use the Auto Feature, which was certainly an uncalled for advice, coming from a Host, CrazyGuy Feels.
Live support confirmed that the players have 15 seconds to Bet. What followed was a very interesting and intelligent Chat between CrazyGuy and a very Helpful Mr Charles of live support. From the quality of the video feed, it will be apparent that there is almost negligible lag in the video. It is obvious from the video recording that, although both the live support and the host confirm that the Betting time available to the players is 15 or 16 seconds, the players in reality are not getting more than 8 or 9 seconds. in most rounds. The above difference in Betting Time Intended to be provided (and certainly needed by the Players) and the actual Betting Time Provided per Round, in my Opinion, is a very Serious Defect. Keeping in mind that upto almost 1,000 Players are always playing this Game, I opine that if Evolution Gaming considers what I have described above as a serious Betting Time Flaw, they might consider looking into it, on Priority.
On another note, players playing this Game should ber wary of this defect which, in my opion, is very serious and should be given wide publicity till it is rectified by Evolution gaming.
