  1. Thanks for replying, i did read some about pokerstars support ignorance.. or maybe i should say unproffesionalism !? Dont want to be pain in a arse, but i dont even know if my complain has been accepted, because i did write it, but now cant find it on complains thread.. I do understands, thats sounds desperate, but acutally i am... Money in account its quite big to me (3 months wages) and i dont want to loose it, as i didnt break any rule.. Dont they really not bothered about theirs clients satisfaction?! I clearly know now, that im choosing different pokersite after it all over
  2. Hello to everyone! Dont know if i am at right place, but hope to get any help or advice. Right long story short, i am trying to contact pokerstars support for a 8 days now... And all i get is complete silence. I do understand they are busy, but cmon 8 days without reply.. I am getting really upset. Last weekend my account got frozen (i believe i know reason why, which is playing at the same place with my mates, and i changed my password when i came back home, so i think they though someone trying to steal an account) and i didnt receive any explanaition or anything about it.. The more annoying thing is, that i managed to ring them, on gamblig comission number and lady on the phone, by the way really nice lady, understood my situation and said that she forwarded my email to the right department. But still no answer. So the very next day, i tried to contact live support through my mates account (asked him to chat with support on a live chat) as i though support could not do anything about it, because its all about the other account, but still she was very helpful and checked if they received my emails. And they did.. This was 4 days ago.. Like i said i understand amount of work they have, but why the ***** thay got that policy were they say that they will reply in up to 72hours.. This is complete joke.. The reason why i am so upset is that i had some winnings on my account, and i was planning to withdraw that last week, because tomorrow its my sons birthday, and i have to pay for his electric motorcycle, which i have pre-ordered. (He loves police motorbikes) Any parent will understand me, that its very hard to explain a child, that he is not getting what is promised.. Anyway, im here for help, is anyone knows how to get in touch with them, any number or anything?! Im really lost now, dont know what to do... Thank you very much for any advice.
