I agree, and I've decided to withdrawal the initial deposit and move on. However, I feel that its worth calling out this particular casino for their max bet rule because of the way they handle it. The "freeroll" aspect of their terms with respect to confiscating all wins and not compensating or preventing lost bets on $5+ is most definitely predatory. Its all upside for the casino and zero upside for their clients. If I win, the entire bonus balance is null and if I lose the balance is not replaced. Lose. Lose. Just because its included in their terms does not make it an acceptable rule. If a casino decided to include a "bonus wins are confiscated regardless of outcome of casino games, its just for entertainment" in their ToS, would that also be non predatory?

Their first deposit bonus is extremely predatory. The terms involve a myriad of restrictions like all casinos but the one that got me was the $5 max bet restriction. Normally, this is fine but the max bet is not restricted when placing bets. I managed run up a small sum but only when I requested a withdrawal was I informed about the max bet restriction. They then proceeded to confiscate all but the initial deposit! I'm sure they would have had no problems taking my "bad bets" had I lost my money. Beware!
