Hiya i won on cherry fiesta and was asked for my docs iv sent them in email twice and uploaded them on there site. Its been 3 weeks and they just keep saying you have to wait for account to be verified its the same person on live help all the time. I think theres only him who works on there i dont know what els i can do but just keep waiting he is very rude as well this is my last convo i had with him

Hiya i dont know what els to do now because support at cherry fiesta have not been answering my emails and i darent go back on live help because its the same person all the time support only sends me emails to say deposit for 400% bonus then 500%

Just uploaded my docs yet again because i tried withdrawing again and keeps saying unverified account and when i went on banking its now saying they only accept euro

Well its been a week now since uploading my docs and still my account hasnt been verified iv emailed them with no reply went on live help and he was just so rude
