Comencé con este casino hace muy pocos días aproximadamente 5 días. El día que comencé gane una gran suma de dinero, me pidieron verificar mi cuenta y que al pasar 48 horas estaría todo Ok. Hablé con sus operadores y según ellos estaba todo en orden que era solo esperar y me verificarián mi cuenta y me aprobarían el retiro. Hoy miércoles 23 de abril aún estoy a la espera de que me acepten lo que envié. Primera vez que un casino se demora tanto para verificar a una persona. Me imagino que tampoco juega tanta gente si está lleno de reclamos. Espero askgamblers me puedan ayudar con esto. Ese dinero lo necesito urgente y este casino y sus operadores no cooperan con sus respuestas automáticas.

Favor su ayuda, según los plazos del casino para procesar los retiros son de 48 horas, el día 20 de marzo realice solicitud de retiro por $120.000 ya han pasado más de 48 horas y aun no procesan mi retiro, la semana pasada me ocurrió el mismo problema se demoraron como 72 horas en procesar mi retiro y al final me lo terminaron rechazando sacando de escusa qué yo me había equivocado en los datos de mi cuenta y tuve que volver a crear un ankueva solicitud donde nuevamente tuve que esperar más de 48 horas, ahora con mi último retiro esta ocurriendo lo mismo, es lamentable que jueguen con los tiempos de los jugadores y que no cumplan los plazos que ellos mismo establecen justificándose de que tienen mucha demanda, 48 horas es un tiempo demasiado prudente para verificar y procesar los retiros, si tengo todos mis documentos verificados no entiendo por que se demoran tanto

Hola, mi problema es que el 23 de octubre del 2024 realice una solicitud de retiro por 50.000 se suponen que según los términos del casino el tiempo de demora de procesar los retiros por parte de sus equipos es de 0 a 72 horas habiles, ya estamos a 30 de octubre 2024, osea ya han pasado muchos mas de 72 horas procesar mi retiro pero aun el dinero sigue estando activo y no lo procesan para enviarlo al proveedor de pagos, todo los días pregunto sobre el estado de mi retiro y me dan la misma respuesta de que es tienen un gran volumen de solicitudes que retardan los tiempos y que debo tener paciencia
