I’m seeking advice from the community regarding an ongoing withdrawal issue with 888casino.

I deposited a significant amount of money into my 888casino account and, overall, I lost most of it. However, during one period of play, I was fortunate enough to win approximately CAD 30,000. When I requested a withdrawal, it was placed on hold, and I was asked to submit identity verification and proof of funds documentation.

I provided all requested documents promptly and answered every follow-up question. This process began on December 5, 2025. Since then, I have received multiple emails stating that my identity and source of funds are still under review, but no clear timeline has ever been provided. I have also received several responsible gambling emails during this period.

Despite full cooperation and submission of all required documentation, the withdrawal has not been completed. Recently, I received an email stating that the withdrawal amount was returned to my gaming account, even though I did not request this or authorize it.

It has now been more than 23 days, and the funds remain inaccessible. Customer support chat has been unable to provide meaningful answers, and email responses take weeks, often without addressing when the withdrawal will actually be processed.

At this point, CAD 30,000 remains stuck in my 888casino account, despite compliance with all verification requirements. I am looking for guidance from others who may have experienced similar situations or advice on how to escalate this properly, as it appears the casino is not following its stated verification and withdrawal policies.

Hello FendiBendi here, Ive been playing on 888casino for a few months now and Ive made 2 withdrawals in the past and of course of my own fault I cancelled the withdrawals and gambled them and lost since it said it was a 1 day wait for the payment, I waited a day and of course I didnt get my payment.

Those above I cancelled the withdrawal and Lost since it was taking long to get COMPLETELY my fault, thats not the full problem here.
Now I have 3 pending withdrawals, I personally made the choice of putting the option to not cancel withdrawals so I wont gamble my winnings and make the same mistake again, These below are my new withdrawals.

the problem here is that they say it takes 1 business day to make the transfer. its taken longer then a business day.
they asked for me to submit my visa card and proof of idenity, in which i have submitted both. Card and Drivers license.
they say it should take 72 business hours. its been longer then that.
I reach out to the live chat they say they moved the case to the verifying department to urgent, still no one emails me or gets back to me.

Now Ive been doing abit of my own research online and it seems like Im not the only one with this issue this casino likes to play the long game with alot of its clients and take its sweet time and make it a very miserable and dreadful experience to cash them out but they have no problem taking payments on deposits to allow them to play.

I created my 888 Casino account in 2021. I went through the initial stage of verifying my account. Throughout the years, I have played and won and cashed out. Then this past week, they asked me to verify my identity and provide source of income. I am doing that, but then I get emails asking me to do it again and again etc. I have submitted enough suffice evidence multiple times. I have screenshots and copies of emails.

The first time I submitted I got an email sating my documents were approved. Then I just needed to verify Identity. Complied. Asked to upload income again. Complied. Asked for income again. Complied.

I have uploaded documents 3 or 4 times now. I am getting the run around and now I cant even get a response. When I attempt to upload the documents, it just spins and spins. I even tried emailing.

I feel everything I uploaded was suffice and more than enough. I also sent paystubs from 11 months ago and bank statements from that time.

So unprofessional, even general loans etc see your information as adequate when you provide it.

I havent applied for a loan since I bought my car, but even that is satisfied with just a couple bank statements and banking information. Which I did provide to 888!

I think its a phony casino now. I understand "know your player" and I complied, more than 3 times now. I have nothing to hide thats why I have complied with what is being asked. Does anyone know how to review Canadian documents there?

Their customer service is very rude and actually quite unhelpful, they don't seem to actually have any knowledge and can't effectively answer questions. If you're not satisfied with your reply they become rude and end the conversation. Furthermore withdrawals take a really long time. At minimum 3 days when withdrawals from other sites take max 24 hours. I have been with 888,for around 3 years and haven't often withdrawn because of this. The other day I won £1615 so I wasn't gonna let that go, I could really use the money. I withdrew on 4/4/17 and on 6/4/17 when I asked what was taken so long I was told it had been processed and I would receive the money on 7/4/17. However in my account transactions they were listed as 'in process' . I then received an email on 7/4/17 apologizing that there was a delay, with no reason as to why there was a delay. And that I would receive the money on 10/4/17. Nearly a week later!! It is not that day and no money, transaction is still listed as 'in process', and their customer service still can't tell me why there was a delay, when I will get my money and to 'just be patient'. There's no excuse for such a delay. It wasn't an absurdly huge win and I've never experienced anything like this with any other sites, even for withdrawals of a similar amount. A week is an absurd long to wait, I don't appreciate the different information. (I will refrain from saying lies)

I have been told, also the lack of information, and the rude responses to my questioning. I will continue to pester until I receive my money and the minute I receive it I am closing my account. At first I was awaiting verification but within 72 hours I was verified despite having error in my profile name, I just sent my valid IDs to them and they helped me accordingly.Thank you very much 888 Casino, they are understanding and helpful to their customers. Whooo 888.casino really don't like dealing with players very much. Had a problem logging into the site, needed immediate help no option for live chat or telephone support. Must be the only casino I know that operates online with a general lack of customer support, if they honestly think gamblers are going to wait hours even days for a response in the year 2017 they are sadly mistaken, people today want help NOW not when it suits you 888!

I had £2000 ready to spend which I couldn't use so happily played elsewhere and nobody around to help me. Oh and by the way the website is so slow even just trying to log in puts me to sleep, does not work properly for those using Macs. 888 is nothing but a headache avoid.

Not much to like, site is outdated and works really slowly. The help option doesnt even appear to work. Expected more from what is supposedly a major player.

Poker is ok. Slots are fun, but not really paying.....

I switched from a PC to Mac iOS and they were unable to tell me how I can import my notes to my account. I never got an answer. Customer service is rude as hell. I asked for a bonus and when I did not write back immediately she said "Oh so did you take 3 minutes to think about if you want the bonus or not". This is unacceptable to talk back to paying customers like that! Then months after my account got closed without any reason. I sent in all documents long time ago. Nothing, and what people say about their customer service is true: Rude,careless and they have no inside knowledge of the functionning of the company sad but true.

Their customer service is worthless.The payout process is very slow and if you keep winning they will ask you to re send your documents for verification again so you could reverse your winning and play some if not all your winnings.

I would not recommend this site to serious gamblers. If you pulled a big win, good look if you pulled a second one and seeing that money in a timely matter. Advice: Look elsewhere, not worth your hard earned money specially with careless customer service.
