The casino requested bank verification documents, which I provided. I was later informed that my documents were accepted and forwarded to the competent department. My account was temporarily disabled during this process but has since been reopened.

Currently, all withdrawals are showing the status “Awaiting Process.” Support has confirmed that the withdrawals are approved and being processed, and that my case is being monitored, but no funds have been received yet.

I understand that large withdrawals may take time and may be processed in batches. However, I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance to help clarify the timeline and ensure the withdrawals are processed without unnecessary delay.

I am not accusing the casino of wrongdoing and am happy to provide any correspondence or documentation if needed.

I deposited a significant amount of money into my 888casino account and, overall, I lost most of it. However, during one period of play, I was fortunate enough to win approximately CAD 30,000. When I requested a withdrawal, it was placed on hold, and I was asked to submit identity verification and proof of funds documentation.

Since then, I have received multiple emails stating that my identity and source of funds are still under review, but no clear timeline has ever been provided. Hello FendiBendi here, Ive been playing on 888casino for a few months now and Ive made 2 withdrawals in the past and of course of my own fault I cancelled the withdrawals and gambled them and lost since it said it was a 1 day wait for the payment, I waited a day and of course I didnt get my payment.

they asked for me to submit my visa card and proof of idenity, in which i have submitted both. Card and Drivers license.
they say it should take 72 business hours. its been longer then that.
I reach out to the live chat they say they moved the case to the verifying department to urgent, still no one emails me or gets back to me.

Now Ive been doing abit of my own research online and it seems like Im not the only one with this issue this casino likes to play the long game with alot of its clients and take its sweet time and make it a very miserable and dreadful experience to cash them out but they have no problem taking payments on deposits to allow them to play.

How does this make sense?

888 Casino - Stalling with additional KYC

I created my 888 Casino account in 2021. I went through the initial stage of verifying my account. Throughout the years, I have played and won and cashed out. Then this past week, they asked me to verify my identity and provide source of income. I am doing that, but then I get emails asking me to do it again and again etc. I have submitted enough suffice evidence multiple times. I have screenshots and copies of emails.

The first time I submitted I got an email sating my documents were approved. Then I just needed to verify Identity. Complied. Asked to upload income again. Complied. Asked for income again. Complied.

So I've been using 888 casino not too long, when I first wanted to deposit, I sent my passport and bank statement. My bank statement shows I am receiving ODSP, which they told me they verified those documents by email. So on September the 28th I deposited 50$ of my own money, didn't use any bonus from their website, I turned that 50$ into 7200, now its 6200, because I gambled some of it, but then I decided okay need to stop and withdrawal's on 30th of September by wire transfer. Their website claims wire transfer withdrawals are processed in 1 business day, my wire transfer withdrawal has been stuck on ''awaiting process" for more than 4 days ". 4 days ago I also sent my debit card front and back like they asked me too, still no response from them ( they told me allow up to 72 hrs, its been close to 100 now ).

888 Casino - 4 weeks still no withdrawal total of over 25K CAD

I have 3 pending withdrawal requests: $10,121 on Aug 15, $15,013 on Aug 30, and $571 on Sept 6.

I have completed the verification process again (I went through that 6 months ago as well) and have been told that my withdrawal was "in process".

Inexplicably, after 3.5 weeks, the first withdrawal was returned to my gambling account. I have received no explanation for the delay and am very frustrated.

I have deposited over $30K in the last 30 days, they need to pay me out these winnings.

Taking my money but not returning the winning is not acceptable.

Large variety of slots and betting options. Bonus deals appear good but they have several documented incidences of shady dealings concerning winnings

Their customer service is very rude and actually quite unhelpful, they don't seem to actually have any knowledge and can't effectively answer questions. If you're not satisfied with your reply they become rude and end the conversation. Furthermore withdrawals take a really long time. At minimum 3 days when withdrawals from other sites take max 24 hours. I have been with 888,for around 3 years and haven't often withdrawn because of this. The other day I won £1615 so I wasn't gonna let that go, I could really use the money. I withdrew on 4/4/17 and on 6/4/17 when I asked what was taken so long I was told it had been processed and I would receive the money on 7/4/17. However in my account transactions they were listed as 'in process' . I then received an email on 7/4/17 apologizing that there was a delay, with no reason as to why there was a delay. And that I would receive the money on 10/4/17. Nearly a week later!! It is not that day and no money, transaction is still listed as 'in process', and their customer service still can't tell me why there was a delay, when I will get my money and to 'just be patient'. There's no excuse for such a delay. It wasn't an absurdly huge win and I've never experienced anything like this with any other sites, even for withdrawals of a similar amount. A week is an absurd long to wait, I don't appreciate the different information. (I will refrain from saying lies)

I have been told, also the lack of information, and the rude responses to my questioning. I will continue to pester until I receive my money and the minute I receive it I am closing my account. At first I was awaiting verification but within 72 hours I was verified despite having error in my profile name, I just sent my valid IDs to them and they helped me accordingly.Thank you very much 888 Casino, they are understanding and helpful to their customers. To those who are having a bit of hurdles, just stay patient and cooperate with them and they will help you out.

The name of the casino, nothing more to say about this strange old fashioned company.

Whooo 888.casino really don't like dealing with players very much. Had a problem logging into the site, needed immediate help no option for live chat or telephone support. Must be the only casino I know that operates online with a general lack of customer support, if they honestly think gamblers are going to wait hours even days for a response in the year 2017 they are sadly mistaken, people today want help NOW not when it suits you 888!

I had £2000 ready to spend which I couldn't use so happily played elsewhere and nobody around to help me. Oh and by the way the website is so slow even just trying to log in puts me to sleep, does not work properly for those using Macs. 888 is nothing but a headache avoid.

Poker is ok. Slots are fun, but not really paying.....

I switched from a PC to Mac iOS and they were unable to tell me how I can import my notes to my account. I never got an answer. Customer service is rude as hell. I asked for a bonus and when I did not write back immediately she said "Oh so did you take 3 minutes to think about if you want the bonus or not". Nothing, and what people say about their customer service is true: Rude,careless and they have no inside knowledge of the functionning of the company sad but true.

Their customer service is worthless.The payout process is very slow and if you keep winning they will ask you to re send your documents for verification again so you could reverse your winning and play some if not all your winnings.
