They have some very good promotions from time to time. I usually can't help myself from depositing whenever they offer, say, 100% freeplay bonus on your deposit. Their site looks pretty good too, quite different than many other online casinos.

Well, where do I start? The aforementioned bonuses are really wonky, when it comes to the freeplays you can usually expect quite a long delay before you actually receive them. I call them out on this, and the next day, again, they send me my transaction history. This time, it's accurate, showing me 2 deposits that I've made at the casino. The only one missing being the one they claim I did back in March, meaning that they straight-up lied to me about this fact.
