Nope. 888 wants you to spend exactly 1000$ before you can get your 10$ bonus, after which you will have to roll another 1000$ in order to cash out. Ripoff is a small word for these guys.

Went to the casino after winning some freeplays on their wheel of fortune. If you have a 2$ freespin and you hit a big win, you can keep 2$. But you will have to fulfill the requirements if you want those 2$ to be yours. Let's say you hit a 10 cent spin and win 2$ in that hand. Well, the game crashes. This casino was ok to me. Solved all problems and got my winnings deposited. I'm from Slovenia and my country is restricted since January 2017, but I was still able to log in and play since last week after I did my first cashout.

I have done two withdrawals at Friday 29th and Saturday 30th total of £5000 just waiting for them to pay me out, whilst I'm waiting. I have also sent off my passport and military ID, received confirmation regarding my withdrawals and reference numbers. So just waiting now if they keep to their promise of paying out within their withdrawal bracket. 5 stars at the moment they haven't done anything that ruins my trust in them.

Like I said below 1-3 days is the time taken to withdraw usually with other sites but no dramas here

I don't really know anymore. It used to be fun, but...

The website has huge functionality issues: pages not loading properly, like the deposit page. If you can't even take the money, what is the point of you anymore? I deposited via PayPal eventually, after long waits, but guess what?! It didn't even go through. Live support was quick, told me I had to wait 3 hours. Verification was hassle free, it took about 1 hour. I don't even know why I deposited here, but definitely won't even bother. I don't remember it being so bad? Shut the door after you 888.com, your days are long gone.

I wouldn’t recommend this casino to serious players. They never have issues with depositing large amounts or reversing your cash out request(no surprise). When you actually win something they will hold your winnings and not process them within the time frame stated in their policy without giving a reason or letting you know how long it could take. I’ve been with them for a few months, my account is verified (currently VIP status). The only reason I was given is: ‘this is due to the large amount, I cannot tell you when this will be paid out’. The staff on a live chat is rude and not very helpful.

As others have mentioned I have had horrible experiences with their support team and question the legitimacy of their extremely aggressive "safety measures". Over my 5 years playing on the site and paying well over 5k in rake I have had to verify my ID on 2 separate occasions. And today they locked my account to "verify the source of funds" while I was mid game in 2 MTTs after depositing only 1k two days prior.
