I have been waiting for weeks now trying to get verified and cash out my winnings. I have submitted all of the correct documents Every time I do I'm assured they are under review but nothing happens. I just get the same generic responses aimed at pacifying me. I requested a phone call from Mr. Bet. they said they can only call the number provided in my profile. I'm trying to add it but the site wont let me. It says the number is already in use, which is false. I only have one number.
When I ask for assistance with this problem they are unwilling to help me.
I'm feeling very cheated right now.
