I have already verified my identity and my banking information. I’ve withdrawn 1000+ dollars multiple times but a few months ago I won 3000$ in one spin and now they have asked me to verify my banking information AGAIN which I have done over 30 times, the photos were provided in both jpeg and pdf formats containing all necessary information but they reject them every time and will not process my withdrawal. I am at my wits end with this casino because they email me every single day trying to get me to spend the money… now their support team won’t even answer me. Please help I’ve been trying to get this money for over 2 months.

So correct me if I’m wrong but this is out of line and clearly them refusing to verify my account even with the proper documentation.

Now they are trying to say my documents are inadequate which they very clearly are not. They are asking for the time and that information cannot be provided by any bank… the e-transfer details clearly show everything necessary to prove my banking info.
