On August 5th I tried to withdraw funds via my deposit method, but it didn't work. Once I contacted customer support via chat, they confirmed they have not received the withdrawal request and asked for a screenshot. Which I did. They said that they have forwarded this issue to the appropriate department and I will be contacted via email. Since then there is no progress at all. Support chat is asking to wait. I even tried different withdrawal methods which did not work as well. I'm not sure how a casino can work for 5 days if you can't withdraw your funds.
