Hello. On the 7th of May 2022 11 withdrawals were applied by me. Divided into 11 payments by MRBEt. 2 of 9 were successful and In my account within 3 days. 6 withdrawals of $650 are in pending.

THIS IS DAY 14 - 2 weeks I’m waiting for these withdrawals to be sent to me. This is absolutely ridiculous, it’s still in pending, I’ve had 2 withdrawals done in one week at another casino and the same method so there are no more excuses from mr bet! It’s crazy that they think this is acceptable it is WAY beyond the time frame. Their responsibility to get my money to be and you have not! The customer service is terrible, I get told “ please wait patiently after them saying 1-3 days. Now on day 14 still saying please wait. I’m tired and don’t understand telling me to wait as it’s with a different provider when other casinos have approved mine before this one. This should be re-sent to me and fixed ASAP. I would not recommend this site to anyway. No one has helped or even acknowledged this, I have to keep emailing and I get no reply or told to wait. . absolutely terrible and all I can do is write in here as there’s no other way to get any corospindence now I have to complain as they won’t reply at all now.

THIS IS CRAZY I WAS TOLD TO GO AND CHANGE PAYMENT METHOD TO WITHDRAWL SO I DID VIA SKRILL NOW THEY HAVE TAKEN $3850 out of it because I did not deposit!!!! Even though there live chat they said I could withdrawl as it was my money that was refused back last withdrawl!!!! This site is such a scam they just took $3850 lied to me told me faslse info so they could take my money!!! I had $5850 2 weeks ago now they have taken everything

I still haven’t not recieved. Payment provider apparently stated issue with card even though I had done withdrawls with it before. Mr bet had asked me to change method and I have but am still waiting for my money!

The fact that the money was debited from the game account and is now in the "In process" status means that we sent them from our side and they are being processed by the payment provider. At the moment, the payment provider has been sent the amount of 5800 NZD for processing. The payment provider processes the payout in parts and we will contact them to further clarification when the remaining parts of the payout will be processed.

We strongly recommend that you do not cancel withdrawal requests and do not create new ones until the payment provider processes the existing ones or cancels the transactions by returning the money to the game balance.

Absolutely nothing!!
All withdrawl requests failed on skrill payment method ! No explanation no answers!! We are now on day 18 of waiting to get my money. This is only happening on this site and I don’t know why I can’t get my withdrawl.

Where are all the managers! Where are all the apologies? Where are the emails ? THERES NOTHING! I can’t get one answer.
You guys are horrible I’ve been put through this for 3 whole weeks getting told this and that lies after lies. Payment method that I’ve had for months fails
You tell me to change it, I did that failsto
Then you tell me do a bank transfer and it won’t let me!
Payment methods failing then assuring me bank transfer will be fine that fails to
now you try say wait patient! Look at all the chats for the last 3 weeks I’m fed up with this customer service and site not having answers and holding my money. It’s beyond crazy not having any help or withholding my money this long. Surely 3 weeks should be a main priority but I havnt had one apologie or soloution.
