I have contacted customer support multiple times, but they do not provide any actual information regarding my payment. They only keep sending the same generic template response asking me to wait.
I find this situation very concerning because the casino is not respecting its stated withdrawal processing time, and the lack of communication from support makes the situation even more frustrating.

I can confirm that I have now received the withdrawal and the issue itself has been resolved.
However, I would like to state that I am not satisfied with the way the support team handled this case. Before I submitted this complaint, there was no real progress regarding my verification and name change request. I contacted support multiple times and received inconsistent information about the processing time, while no clear explanation was provided about the rejected documents.
Only after opening this complaint did the process finally move forward and the issue get resolved.
I appreciate that the withdrawal has now been approved and paid, but I hope the casino improves its customer support communication and provides more transparent and accurate information to players in the future.
