Wouldn’t recommend this site as even do you win getting you money is another thing. I have been told I have to wait which I’m now waiting 4 days. On the site it states I’m fully verified but when I went to live chat the said I was sent an email which I didn’t get and I had to send in more stuff even do it clearly states I’m fully verified. Have not been responded to via any of the 3 emails I was giving so I don’t know if I will ever get my winnings. Stay clear

Nothing so far. The translation is mostly AI, you get bits and pieces of other languages and it just looks terrible. Log out button seems to be purposefully hidden.

They promote instant deposits but funds get lost in nirvana for up to days and support is not helpful. We are not living in 1999 anymore where funds need to process for days.

I have to say, the website over at Rollino Casino has a really slick, modern look to it. It's super easy to navigate around and find all the games im interested in playing. As far as the actual game selection goes, they've got all the classics like slots, blackjack, roulette, etc. from trusted software providers, so the quality is pretty good. The sign-up and deposit process was a breeze too, i was playing my favourite casino games in no time.

Be very careful, especially about the bonus rules, where real money is turned into bonus-money and then can be cancelled easily by the casino. You never played with bonus money, but as soon a bonus is activate, your money will be turned into bonus money and after wagering requirements are fullfilled, just the ridiculously small available bonus amount will be left over. They call it sticky bonus....

Turnover x5 of deposits is already the best sign, that this casino is only designed for rip offs in my eyes.

There are much better casinos online, this one is just unserious.

As usual, whenever Askgamblers was having an on-going contest for its forum members, I would go searching and browsing through many newly listed casinos for a good and big first deposit bonus offer. It so happened that Rollino Casino, yet one more casino owned by Altacore NV, was having a nice offer of 200% first deposit bonus plus 100 Bonus Spins, and that caught my attention immediately.

Before signing up at the casino though, I visited their website to make sure that what I needed and what I was looking for would all be there. Well, not everything was there, but whatever I could find was good enough for me to sign up and take that first deposit welcoming offer. I would also like to say that none of Altacore owned casinos that I have searched, browsed, or signed up at so far, have all the essentials that I need, but as long as the important things are there, that fine enough for me.

The most important thing that I need at any new casino, is the availability of Skrill for deposits and withdrawals, because I simply cannot use any other method or option, due to various restrictions. So if there’s no Skrill, I would just have to skip the casino, but Rollino has it, hehehe. That nice 200% deposit bonus also has a slightly better wagering requirement of 30 times the deposit and bonus amount, as compared to 40 times at Gamblezen Casino (also owned by Altacore).

One thing I do not and cannot understand is why Altacore casinos do not have Gamomat in their list of game providers. Personally to me, Gamomat is one of the better providers around, and 4 of my top favourite games are from them. The others are from Playtech. Just as with Skrill, if there’s no Gamomat, chances are that I would just skip that casino, but in this case, that 200% bonus was of greater importance to me at that moment in time.

I have only played one time at Rollino Casino. I didn’t get a good game, maybe my luck was not

I look for 3 things in an online casino. 1. Easy verification process. Which Rollino has 2. Quick withdrawals which Rollino has, but very very low withdrawal limits. €500 per day with only 1 pending withdrawal allowed at a time. Poor by online casino standards. 3. Responsible Gambling tools are basically non existent on this website. I contacted live chat for a shot cooling off period, to which the agent responded, you can just take a break and come back whenever you want for more fun. When I pressed for my request to be completed I was met with you need to put request in writing via email and they'll get to it when the can. This is an unacceptable response. Responsible gambling is a huge responsibility and ethically Rollino needs to do much better. AskGambler you need to reconsider this casinos suitability to be endorsed on this Website.
