Ich habe bei diesem Casino einen Turnierpreis gewonnen. Der Support sagte mir ständig, dass man es innerhalb von 48 Stunden kriegt. Leider ist diese Zeit überschritten und die Turnierseite wurde ebenfalls gelöscht. Ich bin hier auf Platz 7 gelistet und das wären 130€. Das Casino kann oder will mir kein Statement dazu geben. Jetzt versuche ich hier Hilfe zu kriegen, andernfalls wird dort mein Account sofort gelöscht!

ich habe große Probleme mit der kyc Verifizierung bei Rollingslots. Der Abschluss der Verifizierung hängt am Upload von einer Datei. Laut Rollingslots ist ein Screenshot von meinem Bankkonto erforderlich auf dem mein Name BIC und IBAN zu sehen ist. Diesen habe ich bereits mehrmals hochgeladen und bekomme immer wieder eine Email dass dieser fehlt. Ich habe die entsprechende Abteilung auch via E-Mail kontaktiert, bekomme aber keine bzw. immer wieder die gleiche Antwort. Auf dem Screenshot sind eindeutig die erforderlichen Daten zu sehen

Guten Tag, es ist das erste Mal das ich mich hier beschweren möchte, obwohl es immer wieder das selbe Problem ist. Aber ich finde es unmöglich, dass man die Auszahlung sinnlos verzögert, Gewinnsumme sind 1500 Euro, es ist schon blöd, dass man immer nur 500 Euro bekommt, aber grundsätzlich wird die letzte Zahlung einfach ignoriert, selbst auf Mails wird nicht eingegangen. Schade das man so mit Spielern umgeht, obwohl man schon einiges an Geld da gelassen hat.

I request mediation with the online casino "Rolling Slots" in relation to a pending refund of 490 euros (there are three movements: one of 190 euros, another of 180 euros and another of 120 euros). As you will see in the attached documents, I was assured that these refunds were completed on July 5, 2023. As of today, September 15, 2023, the money has not arrived in my bank account. I contacted my bank to locate these movements and they requested a 23-digit number that allows me to track the transaction to know its status. In the last month and a half I have sent several emails to [email protected] requesting this information, but they have not responded to any of them. I leave you some screenshots that may help you. Rolling Slots Casino - Delaying Address Change

I reached out to RollingSlots chat to ask about changing my address. They told me to write an email to their KYC department. I sent them an email and waited for a week. No response. I reached out to the chat and they kept saying to try via email. A month passed and my documents to prove my address were now a 3 months and 1 week old. Had they actually taken their time to respond to me I could have moved on without a problem, without having to send them several emails. Not sure if small claims court is the only way at this point. It’s downright wrong to not help users change their address and then refuse to go with the KYC as the document is 1 week old.

On December 20th/2022 I signed up to Rollingslots Casino and as a new member I took notice of the Welcome Bonus Promotion and decided to use it with my deposits. on my 2nd claim of the welcome bonus I won an amount and withdrew and it was paid and that was fine.

On January 24th 2023

decided to play again and deposited 300 CAD to claim the final 3rd welcome bonus.

As it was not applied to my deposit I contacted live support where I was accused of " Bonus Abuse" after only depositing 2x on their casino ever. I accepted that, didn't agree but so be it. I wagered a little bit and decided to withdraw there-after for a total of $599.88 CAD.

On January 26th,

I received an e-mail from Rollingslots ( I have attached screenshots of it ) accusing me of all kinds of terms I have breached according to them.

The one that stands out to me the most is " Bonus Abuse" but even then how can they accuse me of that after only depositing 2x on the casino with an offer THEY are promoting to me?

The e-mail also states they are confiscating everything from me and there is nothing I can do as if I was held at gunpoint being robbed.

This is not right and I hope you guys can help me out with this.

Rolling Slots Casino - Support ignoring my messages since April 2022

Rolling Slots is failing to deliver the deposit data I am requesting for.

I’ve emailed them 10 times with no avail, the first message being sent back in April. I’ve contacted their live chat support as well, only to being told to send another email and wait.

I think they are demanded by law to give me my data, so they are certainly violating some terms and conditions here.

I can provide screenshots from my email inbox, where you can see no response have been sent by them.
