Right then my mind was made up and thought don’t walk away from this casino RUN. Weird experience as I have never had this asked when only trying to get an answer to 2 questions I asked. Save your money and deposit else where where there is Customer Service who will at least help you out. This casino needs to either retrain their Customer Service Reps or get rid of them.
