Well everything was great until winning some money then they become nightmare!

Stay away from them. I Followed all the rules and won money but they refuse to pay! I don’t care about money as I spend weekly more than that anyway but if you won money they have to pay you simple as that! Did complain but nothing happened! Average, but trustworthy casino. Licensed by the UK gambling commission for British players, and the Maltese giant MGA for the rest of us. Generous first deposit bonus of 200% + 50 freespins on any Netent slot. The terms for this deposit mostly follows the industry standard. IE Wagering requirement is x35. Maximum bet per spin is 5€ (or equivalent in your currency), and some slots only contribute 20% to the wagering requirement. A plus is that these slots are not forbidden to play with bonus cash, as they are on some casinos. So they won´t steal your cash if you played one of the "blacklisted" slots by mistake.

This casino has one huge difference in the wagering terms. They include your deposit in the amount that has to be wagered 35 times. So if you deposit 25€, you receive a bonus amount of 50€. Then the wagering requirements is 35 x 75€ (=2625€). Not cool!

Another con is that the minimum deposit- and withdrawal amount is set pretty high. 20€... I haven´t made my first withdrawal yet. So I don´t know how fast they are. But according to their support FAQ, the pending time for withdrawals is 24-48h. And they don`t give us the option to "lock in" the withdrawal. Many casinos use this "trick" so we will fall for the temptation to cancel the withdrawal and play some more.

Good selection of games and good customer service via live chat so far. Had a great run from the welcome bonus and managed to clear the wagering and withdraw £4k from a small deposit, just waiting on my documents to be approved so hopefully it will be processed soon.

Long verification time compared to other casinos I've used (many turning this around within a few hours) hopefully I wont experience any of the delaying tactics mentioned in other reviews.

Plenty of netent games available, other than that wasn't to impressed.

some of the reviews were concerned about the payout times but thought I'd try it anyway. First time I withdrew back into my skrill account, no problem paid into account within 12 hours. Unfortunately the second time of making a withdrawal was a totally different case. Got an email stating acquiring account would not accept the funds. So got on to live chat, was told I can only withdraw into a bank account, that certain regions won't accept funds into a skrill account. Informed live chat I had already withdrew into my skrill account. I was then told that " these things change all the time", so I asked when it changed, they refused to answer. I believe that Miami Dice noticed I had done this and so came up with an excuse not to pay out in the hope that when my time out was up I would play again and lose. I love the games on this casino and had had some good wins, I find withdrawal times really fast!

I thought I’d take part in the promotions but found them confusing. I couldn’t find which Game was game of the month so went to live chat but they told me to look at ‘popular games’ which didn’t help. Once again, all Caddell casinos share this very same policy in restricting Neteller from claiming their Welcome Packages. Only 1 good VIP host (Chris), and once he left the company or moved up the ranks, the cashback deal he made on behalf of Miami Dice disappeared, and the new VIP host only gave me a good-will bonus.
The site appears to have no focus on VIP players, if your a big player making big deposits, you'll get the same service as a low deposit player, dont expect any VIP treatment whatsoever.

Nice selection of games and a reasonable welcome offer. Was lucky enough to make a bit of money from mine.

Withdrawal process is far too long winded (still not at the end of mine yet). The 48 Hour option to reverse would be better as maybe 6 hours but is clearly a ploy to get you to change your mind - and the ID process I accept - but why is it other casinos have systems in place to verify people without having to send documentation in yet others state you have to as per UK regs? Seems like another way of catching people out.

- The same as every other reviewer - way too slow withdrawals. It's now (21.7. 14:00) been about 64 hours since I made my first withdrawal request and it's still marked as an open withdrawal. I asked about my withdrawals from live chat but they said it's now up to the automated system to pick it up and process it, so there's nothing they can do about it. Also they still apparently have the method of finalizing the withdrawals only on Tuesdays, so even though the representative here keeps saying they're working on "streamlining" the payouts nothing seems to be happened about this. Ummmmm, has all the usual games and processer is pretty quick.

Worst customer sevrivce ever! Have no telephone, instant chat will give very limited responses and the email support take "up to 2 x days" to respond if at all!

I had all my winnings confiscated £1600 for making 5 x £6 bets whilst a bonus was in play, ok, I very weakly broke the T&C's. However it took 2 and a half months to get a decent answer from the customer services.

All in all I have been treated horrendously by this "Casino" and advice others to avoid at all cost!!

Took the welcome bonus, deposited 25 euros, completed the wagering with 550. Started a withdrawal, 2 days later it got cancelled because if you deposit by skrill you are not eligible for the bonus, and if you take it your winnings will be confiscated.

Sure, it is stated somewhere in the terms and cond. , but come on, if you can't use the bonus with some payment method, disable it! NEVER EVER going to play here again.

However, each document has to be individually reviewed and approved, so there is currently no way to automate this process. Secondly, many documents that we receive are ineligible or inadmissable, e.g. out of date utility bills.
