I only made it through the terms and sign up. They told me I couldn't get the bonus that I was promised on sign up, even though it mentioned absolutely NOTHING in their terms and conditions that my country was excluded from that slot or provider.

A few days earlier, I had signed up and played at EgoCasino, a sister site of Lucky Bird Casino, both owned by Atlantic Management BV. All active bonuses must be removed and cleared automatically when the balance drops to zero! I hope that Lucky Bird’s team would seriously look into this issue!

Luckybird casino is a casino I joined roughly 2 months ago. I had come across a no deposit bonus offer somewhere which claimed that after verifying your account you could get some free spins. I signed up at the time and verified my account which didn't take much time and got some free spins. And another thing that's not great for many other players (not me as I prefer low bets anyway) is that with an acitve bonus max bet allowed is 2 eur, which is extremely low. With that in mind, Luckybird gets 6/10 from me.

Lucky bird casino is a very new casino that I stumble across upon google looking for casinos with minimum $10 deposits. I checked them out and saw they offered 50 no deposit spins on Book of dead but as you know, what can you win without free spins right, book of dead has a dead base game as we all know it.

I registered and the signup was relatively easy. Once I was logged in, I was hunting my free spins. I must admit first time in my life I saw so many deposits offers. I saw free spins, match bonuses, cashback deposit offers, and at the bottom of Twenty odds bonuses. I claimed my 50 spins and open the slot. I think I won 20 zar from the spins as my account is in zar currency. I had to wager 2000 zar I think but could not complete.

I contacted support and asked them about their welcome offer and wagering as the terms was not clear. Support took a short while to respond but then after that was with me the entire time. I asked about the wager and their bonuses carry a wager of x45 on their deposit bonuses, just the bonus amount only.

I made deposit of R100 zar and claimed the bonus. With 200 zar had to wager 4500 but could not complete it. I did not make a deposit here again and in fact this was the quickest I lost a deposit bonus. I think it lasted 10 minutes.

They have games from many providers I give them credit here, the only thing missing here is Push Gaming for me, but other than that they have it all.

Withdrawal times frames seems quick but I cannot comment on that, I read a few reviews about their sister websites. I will maybe deposit here in future. I hope they will stick to the time frames stated on AG and I do not run into any issues.

The casino I saw watching some stream and was interested in it after which I went on the site to register, as soon I opened the site they were offering me no free spins on the book of dead which I was excited about, but the excitement went down the river very fast after live support told me that my country is restricted from getting those free spins.

The second time when I wanted to contact support it was late and then I realized that they do not offer 24/7 live support and had to wait more than 8 hours to get in contact with them but at least they were really polite towards me and my problem was solved really fast.

Promotion section or how they call it "Gift" section is the worst one I saw in my entire life, its done so poorly I am still shocked from watching it , they offer some miserably low amount of spins which by the way you don't even know anything about lines/bet etc because they do not tell you and even if you click details it just says you how much money you need to deposit to get them.
Table game tab is done terribly you have exactly the same games as you have for Live casino, instead of adding offline games on the top they put them on the bottom where you have to scroll down and find them instead of putting them on the top.
Their term&conditions tab was so hard to get that I had to contact support and ask them to send me the link, every time when I wanted to scroll on the bottom of the site and click on it more and more games kept opening and were filling the screen and I just couldn't get to terms&conditions.

I still can't believe what just happened and how I was treated.

And just on signnup trying to claim an exclusive bonus from a link that i followed and clicked on from another site.
The rudest person in live chat that I have ever come across and would not and could not answer a simple question.
Refused to answer my questions with a simple yes or no answer.

Don't bother with this casino.
