I have been waiting for my withdrawal to be accepted and have talked with the live chat and they promised within two days and now that it has gone 3 days they don't answer anymore and is supposed to be a legit site.

I have more withdrawals too but can only take an amount at the time and the customer service doesn't answer and they call it a live chat.

I’m really so disappointed, I’m loyal member at justcasino, my account is also fully verified, and I had before successful withdrawals.

I considered this casino as one the best casinos and I gave them before positive feedback.

For the last 2 withdrawals equal 1100 usd ( 605 + 495 ). They delayed the payment and the status still “Pending”.

I did my best and send them emails , I also had 100’s of chats with their support and as usual the same answer ( security check ).

I’m so sad really because I like to play at justcasino and I advised them to be very transparent and tell the truth for people when they will pay them.

Seriously I can not find one single reason for delaying the payment and I’m very very sad how comes justcasino delaying the payment for no reasons , I again advise them to be honest and just tell the customers when they will pay them

It’s clearly mentions as long as your profile is verified then any withdrawal should take up to 2 business days maximim , this is not happen now.

Please send me my money and let me play again as before without headache

I deposited $200 through Interac to this casino, and I ended up winning $4140 I got the email that my account was verified, and I asked different agents, and they said my account was verified and they say their payout is 1-2 days, and it has been over two business days and I have not gotten anything. Can you guys please make this right? My account email on just casino is < removed >

After reading the previous complaints, it seems that this is a casino that often defaults and delays payments! They said they would process the withdrawal within two days, but after two days, they would say this or that problem would delay your withdrawal! Once you are in a bad mood, you will lose all the money you won! This is a very unethical casino. I suggest you don't play here! Because there are too many tricks and the withdrawal is too slow.

I have two withdrawals totaling 7350 euros. Maybe the casino thinks I won too much and doesn’t want to play tricks with me on withdrawals.

I’ve been waiting for two withdrawals from 18/4 and 25/4. I have withdrawn money there 3 times without issues. Now there is a problem with the payment provider they say. First they said it was an issue with my payment provider, which was wrong. Now they are saying that they are working on the issue, but I'm getting nothing more info than that. It's very frustrating. On April 3, I made a deposit from the Mir card, later (after winning a little) I created an application for withdrawal to LTC. After a long time, the withdrawal request was cancelled. The cancellation letter stated the following reason: Reason: In accordance with our anti-money laundering policy, you can withdraw funds only by the payment method that you used to make the deposit that brought you the winnings. Please make another request via Accentpay. On March 28, there was a deposit from the Mir card, and the withdrawal to LTC.IE. in exactly the same situation, the casino found no reason to cancel the payment. There is no Mir card in the withdrawal methods at the casino, i.e. it is technically impossible to create a withdrawal request in the same way as the deposit was made. Despite this, when contacting the support service, I was instructed to make an application for withdrawal to the card, which I did. (i.e., I entered the details of the Mir card into the payment data for withdrawal to Visa and Mastercard cards). My insistent explanations that these are different payment systems (Mir and Visa) did not affect the support service in any way. As a result, the withdrawal request was created on April 4 on the World map (i.e. on a way they don't have) Within 2 weeks after the application was created, I repeatedly contacted support about the lack of payment, but I did not receive any effective help or adequate explanations. After more than 2 weeks, namely on April 19, the support service cancelled this withdrawal and INSISTED on creating a repeat withdrawal request in the SAME way. My explanations that the result would be the same had no effect. There is either a deliberate creation of obstacles to the payment of winnings to the client, or the absolute incompetence of the casino staff and complete inadequacy in solving the problem created by THEM. Forcing the client to make a withdrawal to an ABSENT payment system, and then wonder why the money does not come is beyond reasonable. Moreover, this has already been done repeatedly. And considering that earlier in the same situation there were no problems with withdrawal to LTC, I think that the current problems were created artificially and quite consciously by this casino. Such a definition as fraudulent is quite suitable for these casino actions... For a starting point: money has not been withdrawn since April 3...

Won over 1000 euro from 10 free spins and now after almost 3 days of waiting and asking support many times for my withdrawal they now canceled my 1050 euro request and now claim there was a max cashout even tho it was mentioned nowhere.

Now they changed my balance to 300 euro and I'm somehow in the back of the queue and have to wait again even tho they told me multiple times I would get my withdrawal soon and that there was nothing to worry about, they even told me the manager would be handling my case and still nothing but what seems to be scam.
