Dear AskGamblers Complaint Team and InstantCasino Support,

I'm submitting this complaint regarding the unjustified closure of my account at InstantCasino and the confiscation of €3,500, despite full compliance with the casino’s terms and conditions.

Timeline:

I created my InstantCasino account on July 23rd, 2025.

A few days into playing, I made my first withdrawal request of €1,000, which remained pending for over 48 hours.

After contacting Telegram moderators and following up, my withdrawal was finally processed and paid.

I continued playing fairly on Slots, Baccarat, and Roulette, including some tournaments, and managed to win more funds.

I then requested a second withdrawal of €1,400. This was again stuck for 40+ hours, so I contacted both email support and Telegram mods.

Then, my withdrawal was cancelled and I was informed that verification documents (ID and proof of address) were needed, which I submitted immediately.

Shortly after, I received confirmation that my account was successfully verified and was instructed to submit a new withdrawal.

I re-submitted the withdrawal for €1,400, leaving around €2,100 in my account balance.

Sudden Account Closure:

On the morning of July 30th, I received an email from InstantCasino stating that:

“Your account has been closed due to an internal decision, and your funds have been confiscated.”

The email provided no reason, no specific clause I violated, just a generic link to their Terms and Conditions (screenshot attached).

This came after full verification, fair play, and being told to proceed with the withdrawal.

I am certain I have not broken any rules. I was a fully verified player acting in good faith.

I request that InstantCasino clearly states the reason for this drastic decision.

I respectfully ask AskGamblers to mediate and help ensure that my €3,500 balance is returned.

Not paying my withdrawal for one week now
Ok, so i opened an account with instant casino and deposited around 1500usd, played casino games and made sports betting. So far everything normal, when I made a withdrawal of 250usd on April 30th, the withdrawal kept being processed for 5 days now I am chatting to the team 3/4 times a day and sending emails every 3/4 hours and getting the same stupid automated reply:

Thank you for reaching out. We can assure you that the team is working on the case and you will be notified as soon as there is any development on the matter.

I tell them what are you working on that is taking 5 days!?! what is the case?

"you keep telling me the team is working on the case, i dont understand what the case is? What is there to work upon when it is just a simple withdrawal of 250usd, all casinos pay immediately and yet you keep sending me emails saying the team is working on it as if they are building a spacecraft!!! what an illogical response and such a bad customer service"

now tell me how can you trust such a casino when they say instant withdrawals and it takes 5 days and 20 emails and no progress. clearly this casino is scam and taking clients' money. i shall change my review if they reply to my complaint and pay me my money. clearly, they will say send your case to complaints department and i have already copied the complaints department on all the emails

I’ve been trying to resolve a blocked Instant Casino account for more than three months.
My account was closed right after I asked for GDPR data access, and since then:

• all emails ignored
• no reply to formal complaints
• live chat keeps repeating “send us an email”
• no explanation and no way to speak to anyone responsible

Das Casino lügt also, dass es sofort auszahlt. Alles andere interessiert mich nicht, wenn ein Casino nicht in der Lage ist, Auszahlungen spätestens innerhalb von 24 Stunden zu überweisen. Das Casino macht Werbung, dass es so schnell auszahlen würde, aber es macht nichts davon. Es ist nicht nur dieses Drecks-Casino davon betroffen, sondern alle, die unter Igloo Ventures SRL sind. Daher bitte achtet darauf, wo ihr spielt.

I liked the games, and they have good providers. It’s easy to log in with just phone number. I also liked the support, first you talk to a robot but later on if you don’t get your help you need they put an assistant to help.

The withdrawals are maybe not instant but I got my withdrawals approved after sending bankstatement. So the withdrawal took like 24 hours which is okay for me.

Says the withdrawals are instant but held mine for day. When I complained, they just closed my account. I have 1300 in my account. That’s 1300 Canadian dollars.
I’m urging everyone to stay away from this casino. I will talk to my bank to charge back the transactions as they stole my money and closed my account without any explanation or reason.

This site should be called SlowWithdrawCasino.com instead of InstantCasino. False advertising and a terrible experience!

Two of my withdrawals got processed just fine. Then I closed my account while I had some money on my account, because the experience was horrible. To get my money, they are demanding me to provide a bank statement that has IBAN, full name and full address. Bank statements don't have addresses in 2024, atleast in my country. Only way I can get such a document is by paying my bank to send me one by mail and that costs money, it's not free. And the document needs to be a PDF-file so a picture of the bank statement is not enough for them. It's been over a month now and they will not send me my money. I'm not going to pay my bank to send a bank statement with an address AND then buy a scanner so I can transfer it to a PDF-file. I have proven my bank account and address earlier, separately. Can't recommend this casino to anyone.

Withdrawals are getting marked as processed but are actually not being transferred. None of my withdrawals were actually paid. They ask you from bank statements with ALL details. Checking on it and then process a new request. Still not a single withdrawals was received. They are NOT telling you the reason why the payments are not getting done or why you didn't receive it. They simply book the amount back to your account and say to initiate a new withdrawal request. Everything is well documented (you can reach out to me if you want to see it) and will of course be shared on every single platform. What a fraud :-)

I have now been waiting for almost 48 hours, have reached out to chat support, and both the complaints and support emails, without even so much as a response from either of the emails. I got a generic one sentence answer from their "support" saying that withdrawals can take up to 24 hours, so i wait. it has now been approaching 48, and my withdrawal has not even been processed, nor have any of my 4 emails been responded to. Customer service literally closed the chat on me, when I asked questions. After i waited through almost 35 people in their que. Im starting to think i'm being scammed. This is so disappointing! The chat support seems to be all automated responses, despite the fact that they make you wait 40 minutes to even reach an "agent." I have never in my gambling history been treated so poorly, by any casino. They don't even have the courtesy to send an automated response. Falls upon deaf ears.

The variety of games and the platform is very friendly, however, the withdrawals are not instant as they say. They have good providers and several live casino games. They don't have good customer service.

I made several deposits, but a deposit of 1505 USDt was not credited to me, I have been sending emails for days, without any response. They just kept my deposit. I passed them the txid and deposited it in the wallet that the casino provided, even so, they did not credit me with my money. There are better options. Be careful with depositing money here
