Hi this casino has had my withdrawal pending for days and no communication then I check this morning and my withdrawal was discarded back to my account without and notification what so ever. I won $1500 around 4 days ago and began withdrawal process, all my documents were verified but my country (New Zealand) doesn't allow for the money to be charged back to my card. Because of this I requested a bank transfer which are permitted as I have been paid this way from other online casinos. I was told I would have to withdraw using the casinos other options - Neteller,Skrill,Ecopayz,Neosurf etc but I would first have to make a deposit using one of these methods before I could withdraw from ilucki. No problem..except I have no option on my deposit page to use any of these methods, my only option to deposit is by credit card or Neosurf- nothing else so how am I meant to make a deposit if I do not have the option? Again I requested a bank transfer, to which I was told their finance department will email me shortly to find a solution. This was 3 days ago and every time I return to live chat I have to explain my situation over and over just to be told the same answer, yet nothing is being done about it. They have bank transfer listed as a withdrawal option and it's into the same account that the deposit was made from therefore I don't see what the issue is.

I didn't even hope to find a normal casino. Many offices have tried and everywhere their disadvantages, and where it is completely nonsense. Either you cannot take the money, then the password itself changes and you cannot enter your account, or even the money is debited. But here I play the second time, the first time I won a little. The second was not so lucky. But I liked everything.

Apart from the only connection problem at 9pm, nothing happened. A couple of minutes somewhere I caught the brakes, then everything flew on and nothing else happened.

It is hard to place a bet if the team is unknown. I usually place accumulator bets, this is my way to increase low coefficients. You can place only big bets on but the limits are fine and there is a way to win.

Great selection of games! It’s also Fun to play on I even won a few times!!! My Documents were verified very fast!!! 1st cash out was approved very fast, but that has changed!

It says pending time is 0-1 hour but I’ve been waiting over 30 hrs! And the one before that was over 24hrs! Before that it was a few minutes idk what is going on! That’s only pending time. I still need to wait for processing when that’s done! The comp points say redeemable but it doesn’t allow to redeem, asking the Support chat about this or the pending time is no help at all!
