I won just over $1,400 The casino and its stuff refuses to verify my email. The links that they are sending me at withdrawal attempts are faulty. After contacting support i was guided through loops and hoops and I was promised a resolution or follow up within 24-48 hours. I also sent them screenshots from my email to which I was getting the confirmation links. so they know its mine on the 29th of December of last year. After numerous attempts of me trying to resolve their issue nothing happened. I have contacted them many times since my initial attempt to withdraw my money, but support got more obnoxious, rude and unhelpful. They avoided questions and lied to me. The Casino is trying to cheat me out of my money. and when asked if this was the case, they couldn't even deny their attempt. When I signed up, I signed up with Europa Casino, I did not read anywhere in their terms and conditions that I will be responsible for their back department or what ever departments faults. However there is a processing time for withdrawals and I complied with all their requests, but in return only been mislead and lied to, causing suffering.

On the 20th of jan i reveived and email from europa casnio saying your 1 step away from becoming a bronze vip and a list of extras that came with being a vip. After talking to live chat i depoisted $55 and become a bronzevip . I received all the benefits promised in the email . 1 being faster withdrawals (attached below ) we.ll i thought i did . On the 1st of feb i had some luck and won some credits so i thought i would withdraw.. i spoke to live chat khesha who informed me netteller was the fastest 24hrs . So i did the withdraw and then i reveived and email saying withdrawals are 4 days pending .. i immediately went back to live chat and asked for khesha .. Europa is one if my go to Casinos and easily between me and my mrs ( more so her ) we have won a lot of money here. Withdraw times are fast and communication is 99% the time fast as well.

Not sure why they are on the no reply list or bad casinos but nothing but very good experince and winning from me here. I recommend them.

One of the most normal online casinos. The registration is simple, you`ll get the bonus at the first deposit. In some reviews, it is written that there is no return. I played on europacasino last week and won 40k kr and when I tried to make a withdraw they asked me to write my IBAN and SWIFT nr so I did, the same numbers I use in like bet365. After two hours I got a message that said that my IBAN number is wrong so I contacted my bank and they told me that the account nr I wrote is right. I did that several times in different withdrawing methods and I got the same message.
When I spoke with live support they told me that I have to send them an official bank statement with my all account information. The bank will send it now to me, it will take 3 days and I will then send it to there support which will review it and then deside to send it or not to there economic department.
I know they are scamming me because Iam 100% sure that I wrote the right account number and they refused to withdraw the money. Don't even bother registering here. First of all they are forcing you the "welcome bonus" so there is no choice in that, you just need to stick with ridiculous wagering requirements. As expected while you are wagering your "bonus" you are winning in pretty much any game but just as much so you would be a little on top from your deposit. The moment you are close to have wageredI' all the required amount you just keep loosing and don't get anything back AT ALL!!
Above all, in order to make a withdraw you need to wait for some kinda mysterious email with instructions - it's been 48 hours now, still haven't received a single mail about that, even though it has been requested several times and I've asked support team to sort this out, they just say that they will resend it and ask you to wait. So basically forget about getting any withdraws from here, even the money you have deposited.. If I could my rating for this sh@it place would be at least -5

They are scam, when you deposit they will force "bonus" on you and you can't withdraw that money and will tell you to x20 times before you can withdraw that, which is impossible!!!

It used to be one of the best casino, In I the past I won pretty good cash over there, however now everything has changed. The bonuses are gone, its only 30 % now (used to be 100 to 125 % ).

I was just beginning to enjoy my regular plays at Europa Casino when all the lights went out. Nope, it wasn't my room light, it was my local ISP. It has blocked off all access to Europa Casino, along with the other casinos in the same group, Vegas Red Casino being the last survivor in the group to get cut off. As a result, only a handful of other Playtech casinos remains accessible for me. Most are now out of bounds. Damn!
