Cozyno Casino - Not following responsible gambling policy

I want to file complaint against Cozyno casino. This Casino does not follow responsible gambling policy. I requested casino to close my account first via Live chat. Live chat support asked me to send an email. I did send mails 19/1 and 21/1. I asked them to close my account permanently because I have a gambling problem. I attached those mails here ( I covered my name and email address for security reasons).
I also send several other e-mails. But I have not receive any response. I made inquiries via Live chat and wondered why I have not be replied and why my account is still open. I know that casino received my emails because I got automatic comfirmation emails right away from Cozyno. Only advice I was given by chat persons was that I must send an email again and I Would be answered very soon. They also promised to forward my issue to the account manager and I would be contacted very soon. Still no reply to my request. My account is still open and I am able to make deposits even I have requested my account be closed many times.
I made deposits for 190 euros 24/1. I am asking now this Casino pay back all my deposits made after 19/1. I have consulted Ask Gamblers and other casinos and it is clear that casino is obliged to pay deposited funds back. Casino has had enough time (six days) between 19/1 and 24/1 to close my account and to make contact with me. But it has not done so because casino does not obey responsible gambling policy at all. Please pay my deposits back to me and then close my account!

Nothing to like about. Please read dis-like section.
Only good part is that you can bet as much as you like with a bonus. This is what chat support claims, but I am guessing that is false.

Please do not fall for their welcome bonuses and their offer of crediting you immediate bonus amount now, and a extra bonus a few days later.

BONUS FUNDS can only be played on betsoft, fugaso and gs software. There is no term that says that anywhere.
I was told on chat " we only only our bonuses on the best software " I laughed at that.

Customer support is also keen on you to keep depositing.

I wish I can get my money refunded for falsely advertising their promo, and being able to play all their games.

Once again, you have been warned.

I’ve been playing in Cozyno for about a month now and I am enjoying it. They have a lot of games and also a live casino as well. I deposited a lot here, but got some nice winnings too. I think overall I won about 1700€. But very important thing is that I did get to some really nice wins three times since I started. 2 times I played it all to zero and the last time I requested a withdrawal. I got an email the same day that my withdrawal was successful and will be paid within 3 working days. I’ve read some negative reviews here and then I decided to react because it is not my experience at all!

They do add bonuses without asking which is annoying for wagering issues. But it is automatic and you can ask the live chat to remove it.

Cozyno allowed me to open an account with them even though they are not UK licensed and they also advertise netent games which are not available to UK players. False advertising, illegally accepting UK players and not answering emails I sent to them complaining and requesting my £20 deposit to be refunded. Very untrustworthy and so thankful I only made the one small deposit.

Accept UK players illegally! Do not accept any responsibility and offer Netent games when do not hold a UKGC licence.

Nice Casino for what I tried so far.

They are new, but they have a lot of games, and so many slots and providers that I Am still in the trying period :-). They have an easy structured layout (customer friendly) which is a good point for me.   The support connects to the chat after 2-3 minutes which actually can be improved, but they are nice and helpful, so I am having a good feeling about them.

Nothing more negative to say at this point. Just as mentioned, the connection of the support to the live chat could be faster.

Selection of games is okay but not overwhelming...

- My first deposit was matched with a bonus I didn't want, it was credited 15 minutes after the deposit while I was playing so it couldn't be removed since I was told I already started playing. It took about 20 minutes discussion on live chat to get it removed.

- An "unfinished game round" on one game made it impossible to play other games. Whenever I started this game there was no unfinished game and I had to contact support who eventually figured it out so I could continue to play

- Documents were not approved for 3 days, each day I was requested to send a new picture of my creditcard until they had 3 different pictures of the same card

- After approval of the documents it took 8 days for the withdrawal to be processed. While I waited I was told several times that the withdrawal was approved and the money was sent, which clearly was a lie. One agent even told me my bank refused to accept the payment and had it returned to the casino. I was happy I was paid at all eventually.

- Support chat is said to be in German but agents don't understand requests and reply nonsense which is not even auto-translated but just really bad language

- After the bad experience I wanted to close my account. To make sure I wasn't able to ever play there again I told them it was for responsible gaming reasons. All my requests on this matter are ignored for over a week now.

The bonus can always be removed from the players account upon request.  • An "Unfinished game round" is a technical issue, when a player gets stuck in a round he needs to finish it, otherwise the casino support has to close it manually. That is the technical issue that any other website can have. We apologies for this inconvenience.  • Regarding the withdrawal, the documents were requested by the customer support on the 29th of January and the verification process was complete on the 31st of January at night.  The money has been paid within 5 working days.  • Regarding the account closure, we have to admit our agent didn’t handle the request correctly, and we have taken necessary precautions for this not to happen in the future. Your account is now successfully closed. We deeply apologies for the inconvenience caused on this matter.
