My name is < full name removed > and I am a cadoola casino player. I would like to report a problem and complaint. I did not use a bonus in the casino, I played with my own money. I won, but they refused to pay my prize to any financial instrument.

1. Payment request

I asked for the bank card I used to pay for the game. Embossed card, valid card, can accept foreign currency, I regularly pay with it abroad, no banking problems. My payment request has been cancelled.

I wrote to customer service and they told me to choose an IBAn number.

2. Payment request

I entered an IBAN number belonging to a Revolut account, which also belongs to my name.This claim has also been cancelled. I wrote to the customer service again that neither payment was successful.

I gave customer service my bank account details, which are connected to the visa card used for the payment.


At the moment, I am at the point where they are not willing to transfer my own money. I have 3 payment options, all in my own name.

In all cases, I entered an international format, all my data is real, everything is in my own name, and everything works. I have been waiting for the money to be disbursed for more than a week. I also filed a complaint with the casino yesterday, but I still haven't received a response.

They have this weird rule which I didn't know, you have to wager your own money (I repeat it again your own money not bonus) three times before you can make a withdrawal. I had deposited 105 dollar and I lost it. then I've deposited 100 dollar and I won 150 and I wanted to cash it out. They didn't approve it and said I have to wager the last 100 dollar 3times before I can make a withdrawal. Well I had to do it and obviously I lost it all. I have never seen 3x wager for your own money. I have played in lots of casinos and never seen such a weird rule. so careful if you deposit 1000 dollar you have to wager it 3000 for you to be able to make a withdrawal.

Nice casino, good selection of providers and games, good customer support.

Withdrawal is a horror. After high stakes and a great profit, I wanted to withdraw. There is no possibility to upload the documents directly on the website. The documents were not requested until after I asked what was needed for the payment. The sum of the daily payout was 800, - EUR on the first day and then only 500, - per day (you will automatically be downgraded on payout). The casino needs 3 WORKING-days for each withrawal to clear and only 3 payouts can be open at the same time.
Can't set limits of deposits and losses - just by chat or e-mail.
Out of stupidity (and the long withrawal-time), I almost gambled away the entire win and closed my account as a consequence. (Translation with Google)

Id love to play there time to time. Had some loses and wins aswell.

But what is really painfull is withdrawals! I won like 2000, then immedietaly they lowered my status to Classic, so you can withdraw just 500 every 24hours. Before this win it was like 1000 daily = so they want you to lose this money back. The more you play and more you win, the lower status you have. There is such a no reason to play.

Well thats not all. Im waiting for my withdrawals for more than a week and still nothing. I could not contact them via phone, it ends automatically everytime.

No contact to manager.

And the worst thing is: now with my cashout problem i was reading terms and cond and there is a note 10.2., that players from czech republic are not allowed to play NETENT games and i still can play them. How is possible that they let me play them and lost mobey on them?

Site layout is great, you got enough filter to find your favorite game fast. Live Chat is friendly, always available and gives helpful and fast replies. Great range of games and fluent gameplay.

Now to the important stuff- verifying and withdrawing money. I initiated the withdrawal process in 06/12/18. It was my first deposit. After knowing online casinos well, I asked the support for the required KYC documents. I submitted them in the morning on 7/12/18. About 8 hours later my documents got verified and my first withdrawal got approved. Now I am waiting for monday to receive it in my bank account, being sure it will arrive.

Thats how a casino should handle withdrawals. Looking forward to their future withdrawal speed and hoping it'll be as lightning fast as the first one.

I'm not a big fan of the 6000€ withdrawal limit per month with "Welcome" VIP-Level. If they could raise that limit, I would give 10 stars.

Good selection of games. Easy to earn Elite status and receive a 15% ongoing cash back.

This casino does not deserve to have such a high rating. Their KYC process is absurd and they will drag it on for days regardless how quick you are to respond to their KYC demands. And they kept asking for a copy of a credit that was cancelled and disposed off and thus dragging the process even further. Eventually I gave up and asked them to close my account after playing my pending withdrawals back to them - I blaim my self for not having the discipline to leave the withdrawals alone. But then again, its their job to honor player winnings and not leave their customers hanging for the better part of a week. I dont mind losing, but when I win, I want my winnings in a timely manner.
