I have closed this account because of recent changes they have made to bonuses they offer their customers. I have deposited $15000 plus over the last two years and was gold status when I closed my account. They use to offer good bonuses but now I just keep getting a generic message saying customer services don't offer bonuses please check current promotions on the website.

I don't understand why these sites offer big bonuses to people to join up but choose not to look after their regular high spending customers?

The site looks good and is easy to use, works well on mobile too.

They kept texting me offers I could use to increase the odds on certain event, I took advantage of 1 of these and won, not a lot for them, but a good amount. I received an email within an hour restricting my account, with no way to appeal, the decision is final. Seems like they don't like winners, I would recommend avoiding them and using 1 of the more well known and reputable sites.

Watch out if you have any money on account at all when you get a bonus, they use and tie up your entire cash balance until you complete wagering and it's impossible to cancel the bonus. Not really fair to customers who have large amounts on deposit and favours the freeloaders who have nothing...

So my betting exp on betway by far is quite good. I registered on betway after closed my acc on betfair because of their ignorant and support (still using acc on bet365 sometimes).

Unfortunately, I couldn't play any games or open the bank section because of a technical error (ApplicationID not found). I asked support for solution, despite of their devoted emails and chats, nothing helped. After that I found the bug by myself, fixed it and explained what happened to them (it is not from the client side, if any 1 encounters the same issue, just change your password so that it doesn't contain any special characters).

I ended up given 2 promos from the support. Deposited 50€ in to play some live bj (no more playboy bj on betway) and jackpot deuces. Guess what, when I only have 10 or 15 on my balance, I won a natural royal flush for 4000€! Played some more (300€ wagering on sports) to cash out.

It took 1 day waiting for the reversal time, 1 day to process and 1 day for the money to appear in my bank account (Finland). I was at times worry about the withdrawal after reading all the negative feedback for betway all over the internet. In my own exp, I rate the cashing out process of betway 9/10 (I really appreciate if next time betway sends me any email during the process e.g withdraw notification, confirmation, or payment processed....
