Like the site and the games but this casino does not deliver many wins and any 9/10 score here is misleading TBH. It does not seem well run either with no CS at all at times and you will need them!!

Worst customer service ever. I have tried 6 online gambling sites, betway is the worst. They are not answering my calls and email. One of the vip customers service was very rude.

They request many documents. I have provided them with my passport, id, driving licence and bank statement. Every time they were saying that the documents unclear and blurry. After many attempts they verify my account. I have deposited around 40000 dollars without any difficulties. However, when I tried to withdraw my winning money they ask me for more strange documents regarding my salary and job, they hold my winnings.

Awful customer service from Betway. Expecting you to be able to look in to the future and to know that if you use the space bar on a certain game it maxbets the spin. Live chat was telling me it was my responsibility and I should of known. Betway must know more about my psychic powers then I do. Very slow withdraw times for a big company compered to others.

I was worried when I read the reviews but unsure what problems you people have?

- Deposited 40 euros on monday 3pm
- Won 1000 Euros by 7pm
- Withdraw 1k on 7:30 pm
- Tuesday 7:30 pm withdraw status "work in progress" ( they have 24h pending time )
- Wednesday early in the morning withdraw "processed"
- Friday afternoon 1k Euros on my card

They pay so unsure why others dont get payout? I wasnt even asked for verification either. All went smooth.

Customer support can be hot/cold at times. But thats the only concern hence why 9/10.

It seemed good casino been playing for years and good bonuses offered until now...

Lately I wouldn't have bonuses available even I was on silver tier and deposited around 200 EUR every week. I went to live chat and they told me operation team have removed me from getting any bonuses or free bets. No explanation given. I closed my account. Feel I been treated unfairly as I been customers for years and they didn't restrict me from depositing. No winnings at all during last 6 months.

Not much to like. Bonuses aren't great. They don't like to payout.

Not alot to like considering all the other online sites there is now. I won 2500 and low and behold its been 8 days now 6 working days and still no money. I have sent them the documents they requested of course the format I sent them in couldn't be viewed on their end and I only found that out by finally getting through to their live chat. I've resent the documents in the format they requested me to, went back to live chat to ensure they have them and can see them. I was told it's now been escalated and should hear something in another couple of days. Don't waste your hard earned money here. Go to those great sites that pay you right away. I know of a few! The games and lay out of the site are good the problems only start when you win and try lifting your winnings, then the drama begins! Payments are delayed especially for those with a history of reversing withdrawals. They advertise 24 to 48hrs take this with a very large pinch of salt, and don't be trusting those five star reviews you read about Betway either as they actually admit paying customers a £10 bonus for favorable published reviews which in its self is undermining the point of a players review forum.

Hi. I want to share with you my view for Bet way. Last days I read a lot of negative comments that they are fake, that they keep peoples money without reason, that they slow down the withdraws and things like that, I am not telling that the people who saying this lying but my experience with bet way is completely different. I made two withdraws in the last week 1st 1830 second 6100 they keep my withdraws 24 hours to be reversible then they paid the money notify me with email and after 2 days the money was in my account that was for both withdraws. Not even a small problem very correct very quick withdraws and that was big amounts of money. So I give them deservedly 10.
