I will never use another betway site again. I won 12,877.50 on black jack, my phone died mid game like it has before. Except this time when my phone turns back the money is gone. Still trying to resolve my money being glitched, scammed whatever the heck they’ve done. The online support team is little to no help. With automated vague responses.

I like the games, unfortunately I was naive and trusted this was a serious Casino and it´s just a scam, no way to get through and reach someone human there

On the night of April 11th I requested a withdrawal of funds and I had in the past, no changes made to my account but somehow the money went missing and the etransfer never arrived on my end, I have tried to get a concrete answer from the Casino but they refuse to provide me the Reference number of the transfer so I can try to see what happened with Interact and to get to an agent takes forever and you have to find your way because it doesn´t give you the option to be put through with the chat

I had gambled multiple times with no issue on the betway app in the past. They have fun live casino games and offer betting opportunities on all major sports games.

They do no have a human customer service department. the last time I used the service, my withdrawal was accidentally sent to a bank account that was closed (my mistake). But they had no customer service support to fix this issue. Now the money is supposedly deposited according to the app, when the bank account doesn’t exist anymore.

I'm waiting for over a week for a withdrawal. The service is terrible, say there is a processing restrictions on my account. Was on live chat for 3 hours to be discounted. Joke of a company

Variety of games to play despite winnings not being paid. Entertaining and easy to use website. I still would not recommend at all unless you like wasting money.

Very poor customer service. Live chat only provides preset answers to limited questions. No contact number. I won a substantial amount and my account was closed without explanation and winnings not paid out.

I am impressed with the withdraw. I made on a Thursday then Friday night had email saying I've been paid. Wait a few days for it to show, but Saturday it was in my bank.

Withdrawals and deposits are fast. The customer support is responsive and it’s available 24/7. The few games that I’ve played all load instantly so it’s easy to start each of my gambling sessions.

The terms and conditions are quite steep as it demands a 50x wagering requirement to get the full benefits. There also isn’t much recognizable game provider so the games really aren’t that enticing.

Betway used to be my favorite online casino. Beautiful screen images; lots of interesting games; smooth and fluid programs; decent wins possible; mostly, very fast withdrawal processing. But now... (see below)

The casino seems to be trying a new version of its online interface which, compared with the old one, lacks of many my favorite slots, and blocks some others without reason. The screen color is ugly, the whole program is buggy (you can get an error message even when clicking on Bank button!). No result after having chatted with casino staff. Very sad! Looking forward to its improvement.

They had a very straightforward layout on the website. They also processed my withdrawl via interac hassle-free. For these reasons I will consider using them again although other reviews and their poor online support have me hesitant.

The only way to get help seems to be via online chat and it's seemingly intentionally slow and clunky. I signed up for the deposit bonus and didn't read the terms closely which is on me. I made my first bet, won, and then saw that it's done 50/50 (bonus / my bankroll). To unlock my bonus I needed to wager roughly 25 times my deposit and I didn't want that so I contatced support to ask them to waive my bonus. They were so slow and bad I just decided to cash out. I was concerned about cashing out given other feedback on here about how slow it is so I wanted to get that started. It took roughly 5 days for $265 after having won a $30 wager - no issue at all in my opinion. I'll consider using Betway again - just not with a bonus.

Very fast withdrawals I have used many many online casinos and this is by far the fastest I’ve ever seen, same day go into bank account even on weekends. Which is rare in my book. Good selection of slots and live games.

Odds aren't below the usual norm, and this is very easily compensated with the promotions they're always running on the sportsbook. The casino, while I very rarely use it does have a wide variety of games.

Long wait time for withdrawals and a very bad payment tracker that can't be depended on to store the right withdrawal information in their system. The casino will never take responsibility for their fault and will openly lie to your face on the customer chat when you have proof that they are.

Imo solid casino with good bonus (I like the flexi bonus), managed to get big cashout after wagering their welcome bonus, and they paid it fairly quickly (3 business days)

Too little selection of slots mainly only netents and microgamings, maybe add play'n'go, thunderkick or something else for variability.

I signed up, placed 3 bets on day 1, then my account was restricted. I was permitted to bet up to $7.32 on any one bet.

Customer service says that accounts are reviewed periodically, “senior traders” can restrict accounts, their decisions are final, and no one gets to know why. While the restriction is idiotic, the fact that there’s no communication about the restriction is annoying. It feels like a scam - while they told me my sports betting was restricted, I was free to play their casino games. Thanks but no thanks. Going to cash out and delete the app. Too bad, seemed promising.

Nowadays I play mostly in casinos, not betting. Their casino has a very limited selection of slots. Most major providers aren’t there. A major minus is the withdrawal pending times. It can be sometimes as much as 2-3 days. If you’re having a bad moment; you might end up reversing it and gambling it away. Has happened to me also. Its one of the worst online casino i have ever used. They are quick to take deposits but not quick to sort out withdrawal!!! Ridiculous!!it took them over 2 days to process my withdrawal and when i spoke to customer service on chat they weren’t very helpful nor did they genuinely wanted to help with my query.

Worst customer service ever. I have tried 6 online gambling sites, betway is the worst. They are not answering my calls and email. One of the vip customers service was very rude.

They request many documents. I have provided them with my passport, id, driving licence and bank statement. Every time they were saying that the documents unclear and blurry. After many attempts they verify my account. I have deposited around 40000 dollars without any difficulties. However, when I tried to withdraw my winning money they ask me for more strange documents regarding my salary and job, they hold my winnings.

Awful customer service from Betway. Expecting you to be able to look in to the future and to know that if you use the space bar on a certain game it maxbets the spin. Live chat was telling me it was my responsibility and I should of known. Betway must know more about my psychic powers then I do. Very slow withdraw times for a big company compered to others.

- Tuesday 7:30 pm withdraw status "work in progress" ( they have 24h pending time )
- Wednesday early in the morning withdraw "processed"
- Friday afternoon 1k Euros on my card

Lately I wouldn't have bonuses available even I was on silver tier and deposited around 200 EUR every week. I went to live chat and they told me operation team have removed me from getting any bonuses or free bets. No explanation given. I closed my account. Feel I been treated unfairly as I been customers for years and they didn't restrict me from depositing. No winnings at all during last 6 months.

Not alot to like considering all the other online sites there is now. I won 2500 and low and behold its been 8 days now 6 working days and still no money. I have sent them the documents they requested of course the format I sent them in couldn't be viewed on their end and I only found that out by finally getting through to their live chat.
